My experience with SKM was very positive. My project was finished on time and within the estimated cost. Dalton completed the job and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be calling SKM again for future work.

I don't believe I have enough space to to explain my appreciation for SKM Property Maintenance. In this moment I would like to become the spokesperson. Doug came out give me a NO NONSENSE ESTIMATE, then found out I was in the military give me a military discount, Linda (the receptionist), the voice of comforter and reassurance, Frank the visionary, can take what you're say and turn it into an inexpensive reality. These three will take your idea and make it their reality,they embodied the quote from Denzel Washington from American Gangster "Brand names mean something, Consumers rely on them to know what they're getting. They know the company isn't going to try to fool them with an inferior product. They buy a Ford, they know they're gonna get a Ford. Not a f***in' Datsun. SKM Property Maintenance that's a brand name; Like Pepsi, that's a brand name. they stand behind it, they guarantee it.

Had a small miss communication I. the beginning. BUT I A Happy Camper! I can't say enough about John! Did what I asked him to do. Got the job done in a timely manner. Workmanship excellent... would I hire them again absolutely in a heart beat. ❤️

SKM was on time, work completed as agreed for the agreed upon pricing. Damian was great and very knowledgeable. They run the gamut of services, have many more projects I plan on using them for.

Service provided ahead of schedule and completed on time. Personable and met expectations.

I ended up having to take them to small claims court because the work was not good and they wanted to upcharge me twice to finish it correctly. They use independent contractors so communication and expectations may not be clear. Just check their ratings elsewhere before you hire them,

We needed to have our deck repaired and painted. Doug and his team at SKM were prompt and the job started and completed in the timeframe they set. They replaced some posts, reinforced beams, pressure washed and painted the deck in 3 days. We are very happy with the result and would recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare. Doug was extremely difficult to deal with—unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, outright bullying. Midway through, he tried to pressure me into paying an extra $5,000 to finish the job. When I refused, progress stopped. I had to serve a Notice of Intent to Sue just to get it completed. To top it off, they placed the old, rotted bench back onto the newly finished deck—completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and disregard for quality and customer service was shocking. I would never recommend this company. If you're considering SKM, proceed with extreme caution and get everything in writing. My experience was costly, frustrating, and not something I’d wish on anyone.
