"They've done service work for me you know come back and check the furnace they are very honest and they do good work, they are very good company I would highly recommended them, it was the top of the line furnace it's a brains and they recommended it and they told me why they recommended it the Brant over the Carrier and it made good sense to be because the put the Carrier's in they  both suppose to come down the assemble line he told the guy explained it and the Carrier's  they worked all the bolts and holes and then after they have been in service in one year when they worked out the bolts and holes then they put in the Brant so it comes like the Carrier is a guinea pig for the Brant but you pay more for the Carrier because of the name so that's why I went with the Brant and so far I am very satisfied with it it's a very good furnace. Every time I called them  for service they give me a quick appointment and they installed it they came when they said that they were gonna come they did the job, they did it well they cleaned up after them self very very polite people very very nice to deal with."

"Because we had to coordinate the service call with a temporary shut-off, of the water, by the city timing was important. Mr. Hairston and his apprentice Gary arrived within approximately 15 minutes of our calling them, once the shut-off had occurred. They explained to us what work would be done and took approximately 35 minutes to complete the job. Before completing the work we were told that it was 'ok' to call to have the water restored. That meant that we were able to spend less time waiting for the city to come back out. As we had read in other reviews before, the area worked in was cleaned at the completion of the job. Mr. Hairston offered to send our receipt via email and was willing to accept whatever form of payment we wanted ( cash, check or charge). He invited us to contact him if anything else needed addressing. He was pleasant and polite as was Gary his apprentice.

"New special order unit came in very quickly, and installation was scheduled for the next day. Old unit was removed and hauled away. New unit was professionally installed with attention to detail not present on the old unit. No damage to walls or floors, and installers used extra measures to prevent outside dirt, snow, and water from being tracked into the house. Very happy with the entire purchase/installation experience."

"Installers were prompt, professional. They took care, using drop cloths inside to avoid tracking dirt.
The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating.
In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.
I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns.

Performed an energy audit that took HOURS. it was not a rushed job, and he reviewed his assessment with me in detail. That alone was worth the cost. He pointed out spots where there were big heat losses in my home, and what could be done to resolve them. Never pressured me to get the services, but he did show me which things I could do and how much they'd cost, as well as the rebate I'd receive from my energy company. I selected to get my basement rim joist spray insulated, add insulation to the attic, add insulation caps to all the recessed lighting fixtures in the attic, add insulation do attic entryway, and spray and install more insulation around the bonus room above my garage. Each one was an option, and gave improvements to the overall comfort of the house. Work was done in 2 days (they needed to come back due to power issues for the insulation blower). Overall, I'm happy with the results. house is more comfortable and furnace is running less."

"Went very well. In spite of my forgetting our qppointment rirst made, Kevin returned a couple of weeks later and impressed me by the care he took to check out our system, which had seemed to be taking too long to cool our house. Unfortunatel, he discovered that the compressor was not even working, and we would need either a new compressor or a completely new system. We chose the latter, and they have promised to be back here tomorrow to install a new Ingersoll=Rand replacement for our 31 yeqr-old Lenox system at a pioce I saw as quite resonable compared to the cost of just replacing the old compressor. I'll review the installation later, but I expect good things from Kevin, who impressed me so faorably today."
