"Everything was great! I received a call shortly before his arrival and when he came, he was very polite. Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet. Im happy to say, found my new plumber and heating and cooling guy, I will be giving him my business in the future."

"My boiler pilot kept going out constantly despite two "repairs" by another company. I contacted Robert at No-Nonsense based on solid reviews when I lost heat on a Saturday while I was out of town. He contacted me within 5 minutes and was at my house 1.5 hours later. He spent about an hour at my house, checked the system and diagnosed the issue - the other company had put in a new gas valve without measuring the gas pressure (I watched the entire time) and it was running about 50% the manufacturer's recommended specs. He corrected it, cleaned the boiler and all is working properly. I would hire him again."
