Norm, Bart, Brock, Eli, Chase, & Joey were outstanding professionals on their job installing new HVAC, installation of a Generac generator, running new gas lines, adding a high efficiency water heater and a new gas stove (work order RIA502134) February, 21,2025. Very exact and detailed work, removed old materials and did clean-up, all top grade. Thank you, Holland and personnel.

Holland Heating technicians Norm & Brock were some of the most professional individuals I'm ever came across. They were extremely thoughtful of being and working in my home. They performed an outstanding job in installing a brand new high efficiency furnace in my home. They cleaned up after all the work was done, and really took the time to explain everything. I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Billy installed our new water heater today. In usual fashion, he was professional courteous, (I appreciate that he uses shoe covers as I just had my carpet cleaned for the winter), and knowledgeable. He shared information about the water heater so that my husband and I are prepared for regularly scheduled maintenance and care. I was very impressed with Holland's professionalism. Professional installation services in today's climate is hit or miss. Kirk, Connor, Brock and Eli were top notch HVAC technicians. They spent a considerable amount of time teaching me the new HVAC system and shared best practices for maintaining the new system. I'm an extremely pleased customer!

I am very happy with this team's response. After submitting a request for a quote, I received a call within minutes on a Friday. Michael came out the same day and gave me a quote, going over all the rebates and options. Installation was scheduled for the following Monday. The installation of the new Generac generator was very smooth and professional. Technicians Eric and Conner as well as electricians Matt and Nick did excellent timely work.

Outstanding experience with Holland Heating and Cooling. The process began with receiving an inspection from Jason of our old furnace and its issues, cost to repair said issues vs. a quote for a new furnace. After a helpful discussion, it was determined a new furnace was the best approach. Installation started the very next day. Install date was 12/28/23, Job# RA312282, TJ and Cole were great. They did an amazing job with the installation. They were great regarding the procedure, making sure the new furnace was tested as it was running, and the air conditioner was reconnected and tested before they left. They were all patient and polite, answered all of our questions in detail. We also received a call from all technicians, at least a half hour before arrival to announce that they were on their way. Again, outstanding experience with Jason, TJ, Cole and Holland Heating and Cooling, we are more than satisfied and would recommend and use them again. Thank you.

Kirk and Micheal did an awesome job with installing our new Central air conditioner. They were prompt and professional. The project was completed in 3 days, from estimate to installation. (Job# hd308162).

We received a quote the day after we called. Within three business days the furnace and air conditioner were installed. Norm and Denton were the installers. They did an excellent job. They answered questions, explained the new products and their use, cleaned up their mess and were very kind and courteous. We highly encourage anyone who is looking at either of these products to give Holland Heating and Cooling a call.

Billy and Eric (and even our salesman Andy!) came on 7/21/23 to complete job HD 307213, which was a new furnace and AC unit. They worked extremely hard all day to get the job done, and we are very happy with the work they did. They were polite, informative, and cleaned up and took everything away with them. (And there was A LOT of stuff to haul away!) We already can tell what a difference the new, high efficiency AC unit is having on our house. We typically ran our twenty year old AC unit at 72, and sometimes still felt it was too warm in the house, but we have been running the new unit at 74, and may even go up to 75 because we have felt chilly at times! Thank you Billy, Eric and Andy for a job well done.

Brandon and Michael called and arrived at the time agreed upon. Went right to work. They checked out the furnace and AC unit before starting the installation of the new AC unit. Found that the Heat exchanger had crack in it. We had to add the new furnace to the job. They did a FANTASTIC job of installing both units!!!! Everything was neat and clean when the job was complete!! Thanks again Brandon and Michael for the very professional job you guys did for us!!!!

kirk and Denton installed a new Lennox furnace and Carrier central a/c on Friday7-7-23. They were professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. They did a nice clean up when finished.
