BART and Seth came out on 9/24/25 and installed all 3 units in 1 day. Both were polite, professional, and very thorough. When all was done they went over everything they did and explained the do?s and don?ts on both the furnace and ac. I highly recommend Holland Heating & Cooling. Had a new heat pump installed also a new water heater installed and a new furnace installed with a UV light. Bart and Seth are technicians did an awesome job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure having them do the job. Work was done right, quick and they did an awesome job on the cleanup. Would highly recommend these two to do any work you might have. The gentleman were very nice and even accommodated my grand daughter. I would recommend them to others!

Avoid these people like the plague. Their sells men will convince you to buy something their techs don't even know how to fix or install properly. When the product breaks cause they have no idea what they are doing they will just band aid the product until it is out of service warranty and then just duck your calls. Out 12k with a piece of trash that hasn't functioned correctly since it was installed. H***, if not for having a military service related injury that made it painful to do so at this point I would have just got my HVAC cert so I could fix the d*** thing. Would have been faster then trying to get these people to do it. In conclusion, if you are a person looking for good work and people that have even an ounce of integrity to stand behind said work, go elsewhere. Submitting a new review because they strongly encourage you to write a review on here the day after they complete a project and you can't change your review. Ignore my review from 9/23 as that review is wrong.

We are very happy with the work from the Holland Heating crew who installed a whole house generator on 4/14/25 (job#RA504143). Brandon, Connor, John and Allen were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They answered our questions satisfactorily and did a good job.

I had technicians Bart, Brandon, Chase and Eli come out on 04/15/2025( job# RA504156) to replace furnace, central air, generator, electrical panels and thermostat. They arrived on time, were very professional and respectful. The amazing thing was, it was all done within one day!!

Norm, Bart, Brock, Eli, Chase, & Joey were outstanding professionals on their job installing new HVAC, installation of a Generac generator, running new gas lines, adding a high efficiency water heater and a new gas stove (work order RIA502134) February, 21,2025. Holland Heating technicians Norm & Brock were some of the most professional individuals I'm ever came across. They were extremely thoughtful of being and working in my home. They performed an outstanding job in installing a brand new high efficiency furnace in my home. They cleaned up after all the work was done, and really took the time to explain everything. I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Billy installed our new water heater today. In usual fashion, he was professional courteous, (I appreciate that he uses shoe covers as I just had my carpet cleaned for the winter), and knowledgeable. He shared information about the water heater so that my husband and I are prepared for regularly scheduled maintenance and care. I was very impressed with Holland's professionalism. Professional installation services in today's climate is hit or miss. Kirk, Connor, Brock and Eli were top notch HVAC technicians. They spent a considerable amount of time teaching me the new HVAC system and shared best practices for maintaining the new system. I'm an extremely pleased customer!

I am very happy with this team's response. After submitting a request for a quote, I received a call within minutes on a Friday. Michael came out the same day and gave me a quote, going over all the rebates and options. Installation was scheduled for the following Monday. Bart and Troy arrived Monday morning and did an excellent job. They were all very nice and took their time to answer any questions I had. Everyone was very thorough and personable. The installation of the new Generac generator was very smooth and professional. Technicians Eric and Conner as well as electricians Matt and Nick did excellent timely work.

Outstanding experience with Holland Heating and Cooling. The process began with receiving an inspection from Jason of our old furnace and its issues, cost to repair said issues vs. a quote for a new furnace. After a helpful discussion, it was determined a new furnace was the best approach. Installation started the very next day. Install date was 12/28/23, Job# RA312282, TJ and Cole were great. They did an amazing job with the installation. They were great regarding the procedure, making sure the new furnace was tested as it was running, and the air conditioner was reconnected and tested before they left. They were all patient and polite, answered all of our questions in detail. We also received a call from all technicians, at least a half hour before arrival to announce that they were on their way. Again, outstanding experience with Jason, TJ, Cole and Holland Heating and Cooling, we are more than satisfied and would recommend and use them again. Thank you.
