I contacted Aladdin (for the first time) to make an appointment to inspect my furnace to make sure everything was working properly. I am so glad I called as I have been searching for a good contractor and Aladdin service did not disappoint. Their tech was outstanding; he arrived on time, professional and he answered all my questions. There was 1 item that needed to be replaced (furnace is 15 years old) & he explained why. He provided a level of service that was exceptional and something all the prior heating & cooling companies I used in the past were lacking. I will now be contacting Aladdin for all my future furnace needs including my A/C. Description of Work: preventive maintenance on furnace.

Thomas and Raid installed my new Carrier furnace and did an excellent job. They arrived promptly at the designated time and quickly began working on the installation. I was impressed with their professionalism and their expertise with the project at hand. Aladdin has been doing annual preventive maintenance on our systems since it was installed fifteen years ago. Today's visit continued their outstanding performance. Our tech arrived on time, was totally professional, and completed the job quickly and effectively. AHAC is the most professional, honest, and caring company you will find. January 2022 my furnace went out and I finally threw in the towel and decided we are replacing our 25-year-old York furnace and putting in central air. AHAC was already recommended to me by family members, so Jeff was the first person I reached out to. I got 3 quotes in total and proceeded to make an informed decision. I read reviews on each company, researched the brand each installed, and the different systems and warranties offered. I read that a furnace and ac units most important day of its life is the day it gets installed. Realizing that and knowing Carrier is a top brand, I then focused on the install end and learned not only do HVAC techs have to be licensed/certified, but Carrier requires them to be Carrier certified as well. AHAC also provides higher industry standard warranties. Jeff did not try to oversell us anything we didn’t need. He was very thorough and listened to our needs and answered all our questions quickly. He let us know how the process worked and it went exactly as he said. Everyone was timely and courteous. Their quote was comparable or less than the others. Quickly I understood that my decision thankfully was the best as the family-owned company and Jeff and his sincerity showed that clearly their clients are not just a sale to them but a lifelong friend and client. Jeff, Thomas and Raid (Installers/Techs), and Macson Electric all went above and beyond to replace and install a new Carrier furnace and AC system. Their knowledge and hard work were nothing but amazing. Thomas and Raid’s attention to detail and pride they put into their work is apparent. They got straight to work and were done within 6 hours. They explained the new systems to us and told us everything we need to know about the care and maintenance of each. They answered all our questions and were extremely helpful. Macson Electric’s expertise was evident. He too went straight to work and was done within 3 hours. He also went over everything with us and asked us if we hand any questions. I seriously couldn’t think of a more friendly and trustworthy group of individuals. I’m so grateful for the entire team and couldn’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!

Aladdin is a fabulous company with 75 years of experience and I would them with 100 stars! From the start of the in-home quote by Jeff Turowski to the installation by Raid and George, I'm beyond happy. Before I hired Aladdin to replace my old, inefficient AC and furnace system, I obtained quotes from three HVAC companies recommended by trusted neighbors. I read their reviews, noted their experience, talked to experts and had detailed discussions with the HVAC company representatives to ensure I was making a good buying decision. I chose Aladdin and I'm so happy I did. Jeff patiently explained options for me to choose from and did not lead me into buying something more expensive than my 68 year old home would need. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, as well as the number of years it would take to recoup the cost of upgrading to a 96% efficient furnace versus spending less than on an 80% efficient furnace. The installers, Raid and George, probably had over 70 years of experience between the two of them. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat. I highly recommend Aladdin Heating and Cooling.

On Wednesday our furnace stopped working. I called and within a couple of hours Jeff was at the house for an inspection. After the consultation, we decided to replace the 26 year old unit along with the AC unit. Today the workers arrived at their scheduled time and installed the units. I was impressed with the set up and consideration for the house. They were clean and very organized. They explained everything throughout the day and answered all of our questions. When they were done the area was left spotless. Jeff reviewed the mechanics behind the furnace and humidifier and showed me how to use the new thermostat and app. We were very impressed with our experience and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Our 21 year old furnace and air conditioner needed to be replaced and based on a friend's recommendation, we called Aladdin. We are so glad we did. Jeff came out and took his time to show and explain our options. We felt no pressure and appreciated the time he took to review the specs on each unit and helped us calculate the costs to make an informed decision about our purchase. He showed us how the unit would be installed and we did not feel we had to make any immediate decision. After comparing costs, we felt that Jeff was being very fair with his pricing and moved forward to replace both our furnace and air conditioner. The techs did a great job with the install and put down flooring protection so everything stayed neat and clean. They spent time after the install going over the features of our new furnace and I can honestly say it looks beautiful!! we almost went with another company then i called Aladdin because of the extent of work and the reluctance to pull a permit. Jeff from Aladdin came out on Saturday and was extremely kind. he gave us all the technical details we required as i had been comparing several solutions. the method Jeff provided to improve airflow was the most compact and efficient. the quote was very competitive and included permit which was essential due to moving the AC location. After installation i expressed dissatisfaction with a visual aspect that wasn't an issue and wouldn't be a concern for payment but Jeff made sure it was corrected. for such extensive scope of work i am glad we had a detail oriented company.

I have used Aladdin for many years and have always been pleased with their service. I recently had to replace a 25 year old boiler. The salesman was her for over an hour, explaining the procedure and costs which I appreciated. On the day of the install, the workers arrived on time and were professional in their interactions with me and did a great job. The city just came out and approved the installation. They have earned my trust, and I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

Thank You Aladdin Heating & Cooling for your Expert work and Speedy Service. Your quick and professional installations saved us TWICE!! Not only did I have to call Aladdin once, but twice on a second property!!! Each time it was under and emergency situation, one just a few days before Christmas the other at my mother's home. Both situations would have caused us to have our homes red tagged which was NOT an option.... I called multiple companies, Aladdin is who we chose the first time and we were over the moon on their time and energy that they gave us. All was done in said in less than 3 days.... but the multiple calls that I made to Jeff at all hours of the day, he always picked up his phone and took the time to walk me thru. He was always professional, kind and courtesy. His workers, clean, neat and conscientious. So when we ran into a problem at my mom's home again, they were there in a matter of minutes to make sure we never went without heat and worked around all our needs.... In late January 2019 I used Aladdin heating and cooling to service gas lines, furnace and hot water heater in my home I had recently purchased. Jeff delivered unbelievable service that was prompt and informative. He took the time to explain every step along the process and answer any and all questions I had. Jeff took on all challenges and hurdles head-on without waiver. He went far beyond just completing a service and went to great lengths to not just do the job, but do it perfectly. Jeff left me with a more efficient heating system and the knowledge to safely and properly take care these systems in my home. Jeff from Aladdin Heating & Cooling couldn’t have been more helpful! He took care of our home as if it was his own- not letting any issue get in his way! Highly satisfied with the process. The lady I spoke with to request an appointment was very nice. The technician, Josh, was very helpful in explaining what the issue was and what the recommended course of action should be. My a/c unit is getting up there in years so he had some good recommendations as far as what to do to prepare for when it will need to be replaced. But for now, just the capacitor needed replacement and installing more refrigerant. He was very professional and patient with my questions and took the time to provide useful information. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again.

After receiving estimates for a furnace and air conditioning replacement from several companies, we ultimately decided to go with Aladdin. The entire process went very smoothly. The installers arrived on time, worked steadily the entire day, were extremely careful of the surroundings, and were very pleasant. As my ratings indicate, I thought they provided excellent service, although they did not perform a CO test as part of their $89 tuneup deal -- that was an additional cost. I thought I had clarified that the CO test was included with the office person before I set the appointment, but perhaps I didn't or misinterpreted the response. Other than that, I thought the tech did a good job and provided insight into the condition of the furnace that I had not received from other techs.

We obtained estimates from multiple companies, but went with our first estimate from Jeff with Aladdin. Their price was competitive and we are thoroughly satisfied with our installation experience. Installers were prompt, polite, and exercised great care moving equipment in and out of the house. They kept us updated on the progress of the installation which took most of the day and they explained everything to us. The quality of sheet metal work was great. It was neat and precise and they left the work areas clean. Highly recommend based on our experience.
