Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business.
