I had a great experience with Writer Bush of Valentine Repairs. Writer was prompt in responding to phone calls and easy to schedule. He performed his work efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. In addition, he pointed out issues with our attic ventilation that I was unaware of. Writer brought in a special light to illuminate the trouble spots in the attic and helped photograph them so I could effectively explain the attic situation to my husband later on. He took time to explain the different possible solutions to me. A cynic might think that Writer was trying to drum up business for himself, but this was absolutely not the case — he was adamant that he would NOT do any work on our roof for fear of voiding our roof warranty. In other words, he gave me an education in proper roof ventilation, even though it was of no benefit to him! I was very impressed with his integrity, kindness, and professionalism.

The work was completed satisfactorily, customer service and professionalism was stellar, the workmanship was excellent, and the knowledge of industry was clearly evident.

Writer Bush is detail oriented with a sound work ethic. He worked diligently on our electrical problem and was determined to fix it right. The problem stems from multiple issues that required much more attention than originally expected. Writer took the time and worked diligently to resolve it and only charged the original price quoted. I would definitely recommend his services. He was a delight and I will call him with any future electrical needs. Final cost included labor and parts.

I needed to have my new whole house attic fan motor installed and the gentleman was very nice and did a fine job installing it. Even helped me locate the proper new one so I could order it. He did all that was required and then some.

Writer came out and fixed the issue after the tree took diwn the line. He kept me up to date through out the whole oricess including pictures.
