The alarm, when it goes off, is very loud!!! This is a good thing. If we ever need to activate it, it will definitely scare off anyone trying to come into our home. We can set it off from our phone or from the keyboard control panel that we installed in our bedroom. We feel very safe with this purchase.

Wanted to give the highest praise and recognition to employee Devin who works in the Florida sales office at ADT. Friendly and professional. I get slight anxiety when committing to a big purchase that requires a contract. Devin made me feel at ease and helped me understand the importance of ADT’s monitoring contract and all the benefits. Burglar alarm purchased from ADT. Didn’t realize a monitoring agreement comes with it, but fine by us. Have always heard their response time in the event of an emergency is by far the fastest. Would encourage others to get ADT alarm if they want to beef up overall protection at home.

Did you know an Adt security system can come with things like carbon monoxide detection, flood detection, and automation to turn on lights? We didn’t. But after speaking with their sales team we walked away with all kinds of good information. For once we didn’t go with the “cheapest” option in the market. My spouse and I are always very budget conscious and typically go with the lowest price when buying something for our home. We realize this comes with pros and cons. While ADT was “middle of the road” in pricing, we feel that their experience, quality of products, and level of care are worth it. Got tired of the buffering and low battery life with our Ring cameras. Have replaced them all with ADT cameras and the traditional ADT perimeter alarm system. So far – awesome! Should have done this much much sooner. Still figuring out all of the functions and capabilities with the ADT cameras but a massive upgrade.
