Burglar alarm purchased from ADT. Didn’t realize a monitoring agreement comes with it, but fine by us. Have always heard their response time in the event of an emergency is by far the fastest. Would encourage others to get ADT alarm if they want to beef up overall protection at home.

Did you know an Adt security system can come with things like carbon monoxide detection, flood detection, and automation to turn on lights? We didn’t. But after speaking with their sales team we walked away with all kinds of good information. Thought on it awhile and pulled the trigger on getting monitored by Adt and adopting all of the extra capabilities their system can do. Recommend!!

For once we didn’t go with the “cheapest” option in the market. My spouse and I are always very budget conscious and typically go with the lowest price when buying something for our home. We realize this comes with pros and cons. While ADT was “middle of the road” in pricing, we feel that their experience, quality of products, and level of care are worth it. This has opened our eyes for future purchasing decisions. Thanks a bunch ADT.

The gentleman that came out to our house to help finalize our adt security system was simply outstanding! Efficient, friendly, and all around a big help. He even arrived 2 minutes before his scheduled appointment which hardly happens these days. Keep up the stellar work ADT.

We watch the news too much… always too many reports of crime, burglary, and violence! This led us to feel like we need more protection and increased safety at our home. Redeemed a promo running by ADT. Thrilled with the service so far. Don’t think that will change. Our peace of mind has been increased.

Did tons of research prior to my house alarm purchase. Found out that ADT started in 1874. That was enough longevity for me. Made a call from the number on their website and the rest was a breeze. Many kudos to the helpful salesman on the phone. I’m a happy and proud customer of ADT.

Got tired of the buffering and low battery life with our Ring cameras. Have replaced them all with ADT cameras and the traditional ADT perimeter alarm system. So far – awesome! Should have done this much much sooner. Still figuring out all of the functions and capabilities with the ADT cameras but a massive upgrade.

Adt definitely deserves excellent recognition from our experience getting our warehouse protected with a new system. We bought cameras, sensors, and app control. Thankful for the great products helping protect our business.

The new ADT control panel looks good on our wall in the entry hallway. Visitors always ask “what’s that?” in a good way. The installation technician was efficient and friendly. We were shocked how easy the process was and how luxurious the control panel looks in our home.

This summer we’ve been having weird stuff happen around our neighborhood. Mainly car break-ins (most are left unlocked). But some neighbors have noticed strange people walking through yards late at night. We decided to go ahead and shop for an alarm security system. Landed on ADT. They were the easiest to work with and we are more than happy with what we purchased.

A technician is scheduled to come out and check my system due to the rain causing an issue with security.

Everything was good when we met with the ADT service technician . We spent a bit more than we expected and the equipment is not easy to figure out compared to our previous service. We also have constant connection issues.

ADT was great to work with. They did a great job. The only thing was that they were a tad slow with the work, which ended up costing me more. But otherwise, they were very well-mannered, courteous and had the know-how to get the work done.

Well, we did sign up with ADT. We had them retrofit the system we had in place. Our sales rep Is gone and there’s a new person. It doesn’t have all the features our last one had, but it does the job.
