"Smooth sailing from start to finish. The workman (Andy) came to my home on a Tuesday morning (8am sharp) to clean the gutters and power-wash the deck, and then returned on Thursday morning (8am sharp) to apply the deck stain. He helped me choose which type and color of stain would be most effective and durable, then did a careful job with the work and cleaned up everything afterward. My formerly faded, shabby-looking deck now looks brand new again."

I know prices have risen and at the time the effort (work required) was more than this requires - same item( I would upgrade). Again the previous two quotes were out of sight. "CALL HIM - you'll hire him. Joe is a total pro and does excellent work! He communicates well, is dependable, sticks to his estimate, and goes the extra mile to do the job right. Truly a unique talent these days - an honest, nice guy who shows up and does great work - and can do anything! He and Mike are easy to have around our home and clean up each day. Our subfloor under carpet was insufficient for new hardwood floors. They removed huge amount of subfloor and also demo'd entry tile on cement board. Then installed a lot of new subfloor on multiple levels. He met with our hardwood installer to ensure everything was right and went above and beyond to tighten subfloor to joists so it's solid and squeak-free in an older house. The new hardwood was the perfect height after Joe's planning for subfloor height - he makes it look easy. They also shaved curly-ques from an old wrought iron railing, painted and replaced it; even finding a way to break the weld at the bottom to turn the feet to accommodate new flooring. Hand railing wasn't secured inside wall so he framed support and patched drywall. He's creative and capable, saving us a ton by modifying our existing railings to look newer and more on trend. I'm on his waiting list to have more done and he's worth the wait during his busy season!"

"Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.
