The first estimate cost me $100 for a service call and was ludicrous. Two others could only give ball park ranges in my time framed. T&S came out after hours the day I called that spent the time finding out what I wanted, and taking measurements and information for a quote. The next morning, I got the estimate in the bottom half of the ranges from the other 2. The supplier had a unit available so T&S said they could get it installed before I was leaving. T&S works with a lender for financing and got me started. The supplier sold the unit and it would be 2 days before T&S could get another. I would be gone, T&S worked around my son’s schedule to install when my son could be home. T&S also gave me a discount off original price for my inconvenience. I was particular about some items and T&S said they would install as told."
