At No-Nonsense Heating and Cooling inc. We service all major brands of gas fired furnaces and air conditioners. On the water side: hot water boiler, steam boilers, tankless water heaters and your standard hot water tank/heaters.We are also Nate certified. Just because you have an old furnace, boiler or a/c does not automatically mean you need to REPLACE. Water Heater Repair or Service
Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off

"Kevin when I spoke to you originally to come out, I told you it was the service call and any repair would additional. When I arrived, You handed me your gas control valve you bought and I installed it. I also explained to you that your pressure relief valve if it won?t stop leaking it will also have to be replaced. You have changed the gas control valve twice now on this older tank and the pressure relief valve can also wear out. I did offer to return to replace that relief if it would not stop."

Tankless Water Heater Repair
Quick, professional service on our tankless water heater. Called big name plumbing shops and was given service dates a week out.
