"It worked out just fine. I had no problems at all. They came when they were supposed to come. They had two guys. I think it took a little bit longer, we were hoping they could maybe squeeze in a few more things. But we had the two hours and they were actually there a little longer and didn't charge us any more. We were basically putting a square fan in what used to be a round hole. So the ceiling needed to be patched, but they did what they were supposed to do. I wish he had told us when we were installing it, because it had this stop so the water would not get real hot, and it would have been nice for them to give us the opportunity to change that. We didn't know anything about it and then we had to go online and figure out how to change that. The water wasn't hot enough. I would have like them to give us the heads up on that. But other than that everything else was fine. The quality of the work was no problem."
