He worked with my husband and me to create a modern design that encompassed our ideas. He introduced us to options that are more current in design as well. He created 3D images of our proposed master bathroom and custom closet using our material choices. These images were incredibly helpful in understanding what the finished rooms would look like. His calm demeanor put me at ease with the project and took away my reservations of having our home renovated. Also, having workers in your home can be stressful and Rufino completed the work in the time proposed! Most importantly, I feel Rufino is very trustworthy and was very accessible to me during the project - answering my questions and communicating the next steps in the work being done via cell, text and email. "While many other companies tried to give me an estimate on the phone, after my initial call, the Company sent Gary, who checked my garage door opener and told it needed replacement. I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again. I am very happy with all he did for me to have a new working garage door opener. Gary was alway on time and gave me a call exactly 20 minutes before his arrival. I will use this company again when and if my another garage door opener breaks down."

"I called to set up the service and set the time for 2:00.  I was running late and called the company and asked for 2:30 and they said they would call him.  I got home at 2:15 and there was an estimate in my door.  I called the company and they said I wasn't listed for an appointment.  I said I made it last week with 'Mike' and they said we don't have a 'Mike' here.  I said his name is right here on the estimate.  They said 'oh yes, Mike.  We'll have him call you.  That was odd.
Mike calls and explains I need a new roof, which is true.  Gave me a good estimate (I've had 3 and this amount was in the middle).  He said he got to my house early and made repairs on the roof.
