I called the company on a Friday to set up an appointment. Cody showed up at the appointed time on Tuesday: 8:00 am. I explained that I was looking for estimates and that he was the first company that I was speaking with. He was thorough as he spoke of Lennox furnaces and ac units. After speaking with two other companies that week I called Cody on Friday to let him know I had selected his company. My new furnace, ac unit and thermostat were installed the following Tuesday! The workers did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again!

They where the best price and are doing free 1st year service. They also handled the permit and inspection. I had a small issues with water condensation and they resolved it promptly.

I received an appointment reminder on Friday and my appointment was on Monday. I called Monday morning for smaller arrival time window and was satisfied with the response. I received a phone call one hour in advance of arrival from the technician. I was actually running behind and it was easy to get in touch with the technician and was pleased he was able to accommodate. The appointment went smoothly-no unnecessary chit chat- very professional and thoroughly answered my questions and concerns about my furnace. I added on an extra question outside of the furnace check up regarding home’s ductwork. Technician promptly collaborated with his manager and was able to provide me with the information I requested.

Crain was great. Cody came out the nest day after I inquired about a new HVAC system on their web site and he explained the options with quick pricing. After a brief walk through looking at or old AC/furnace we got the new ones installed six days latter. The installers, Sean and Will did and great job and had it installed around 5pm. Crain's pricing was more than fair. We couldn't be happier with our Lennox AC and furnace.

Excellent service and communication. They were able to fit me in within days of my call during a horrid hot spell. They called to remind me of appointment and the service technician called as he was on his way. He quickly determined my problem and promptly gave me a quote to complete the job. Pricing was fair and the parts were readily available on his truck. Within an hour my air conditioner was up and running and my wife was happy. Can't beat that!

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We interviewed 3 companies for the installation and Crain's professionalism and price was our choice. We were informed as to when they would install the equipment and sent pictures of the installers. After the installation, the company followed-up with us and continue to do so to this day. Whatever issues (and we had very, very few) we had, they addressed and took care of. I would definitely recommend Crain's to anyone of our friends. Basically, they kept their word. One last thing that we like, we get the same technician every time to work on our furnace and air conditioner.

He was prompt , knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. He gave me a report on what he found and that my air conditioner was good to go. He asked if I had questions and advised me on changing the filter and made sure that I could call if I had any questions or needed further help from Crain's. Very pl;eased with the customer assistance.

Very well. Ted was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He put protective shoe covers on wen he entered the house. He was neat, clean and asked if we had any questions about our unit operation or thermostat. He offered advice on energy efficiency and operation. Ted was the best service technician we have ever had. We highly recommend Ted and Crain heating and Air for all of your HVAC needs.

Our installation was difficult because of space constraints. We also asked for some changes (zone pumps instead of zone valves, ABS exhaust pipe instead of PVC) which complicated things a bit. But Crain was gracious and forthcoming with it all. The main plumber/pipefitter was a master at his work and persevered in the cramped space, almost unaided. He had to completely redo the piping connections that were there from our old boiler to the baseboard heating units. It took 4 1/2 days instead of the usual two, and the weather didn't cooperate, but the result was worth it all.

Had them service my furnace (humidifier) and used them again for repairs to the central AC. They were prompt and professional and did a good job. I would use them again.
