"Had a tech named Tyler come out to inspect our furnace. Tyler was very polite and had thoroughly checked the furnace (pressure test, etc.) to see if the furnace could be repaired. Tyler's recommendation was to replace the furnace. Had us phone Brighton Appliance for a price. The only negative I could think of was that Tyler did not know how to provide us with a "temporary" solution for getting heat in the house as we had our furnace go down on the coldest day(s) thus far this year. In that Brighton Appliance could not come out in a timely fashion, we phone another HVAC company in the area that did come out, priced us on a new furnace but, provided a solution to gain heat to satisfy us, our dogs and the piping within by just keeping the "FAN" going and not use the automatic. We were comforted throughout the night with heat and the furnace went in the next morning with great satisfaction.

"Handyman was very professional and attentive to my requests and needs, I had a long list of things that needed repair or installation and we got through everything except a couple of things that needed additional hardware which I will purchase using the information he provided. I can not speak more highly oh him."

"Awesome company and customer service!! From the initial meeting with Greg (the owner) to the technician crew of Jayden and Robert for installation of a new HVAC system. I was impressed with the honesty Greg portrays to his customers. He really listens to what you want and need for your home. He does not try to over sell you in a system that is pricier than you want. Jayden and Robert were friendly, respectable, courteous to protecting my hardwood floors, ready and able to answer my many questions. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations!! When i was questioning the connection of my ducts from a previous company - Justice Pro checked it out for me free of charge. When my water pressure was low after placing my whole house humidifier - Justice Pro did not leave until my entire family was happy! Other companies do not compare to the customer satisfaction that Justice Pro gives. I will continue to use their services!!"
