The owner (Dash Daja) provided recommendations to fit the specific requirements of our home, which resulted in much more efficient system that both heats and cools the home almost twice as quickly as the old system. Had I known that replacing the system would result in such a dramatic performance increase for both heating and cooling (especially for the second floor), I would have replaced the system a long time ago! In addition, we have also seen a decent reduction in our electric bills. All work was performed in a professional and efficient manner. Drop cloths were put down through the home, down the stairs, through the recently finished basement and into the furnace room. Once the replacement was completed, all the old equipment was removed from the premise and the jobsite was thoroughly cleaned. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and I would highly recommend AirConEx to anyone considering a new or replacement HVAC system!"

"This company has great communication they called a few days before coming out and let me know they were on their way on that day. Josh and Andrew were very professional and kind.They showed me the ducts were before and after. "They pretty much did an up and up nice job. We don’t have any problems with them. We had to have them comeback out because the furnace had stopped working. They came back out to look at that and they had not wired one of the wires back in completely and it came out. It had turned off the flow to our furnace so they came out and fixed it. They didn’t charge us anything. They gave us the ultimate apology. They admitted it. They told it should have been fixed when they came out to do the air conditioner so they apologized. The way they explain it, it sounds like I am getting a good deal. I don’t know if they are the most affordable option. Everything they did seem to be pretty solid. There are no leaks and everything looks clean, nice and efficient. Everything still works. They came out pretty quickly both times. They were always within 10 minutes when they said they were going to be there. The guy that we worked with was very honest. He took me through and showed me everything; prior to and afterwards. I didn’t feel like they were hiding anything. They really seemed like they were genuine in what they were doing. We have used them once before so we called them back again because we had used them once before."

"I had one company come out to diagnose the problem. He quickly told me that the condenser outside was ruined and gave me a price to replace the unit. I called Toasty's and Michelle quickly got someone out to my house (it turned out to be the owner). He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Not only was it HALF of what the other guy was charging, he was able to get me in the next day! I cannot say enough about Toasty's!! I will use them forever for all my HVAC needs."
