He actually told me that my gutters didn't look that bad and if he got up there and it didn't need to be done he would let me know. I then asked him about a couple of areas that needed minor repair anyway -he said he would fix those no matter if he cleaned the gutters or not- no charge. He did end up cleaning the gutters- I had some downspout issues that made the whole system back up a bit, and he did a phenomenal job replacing an entire section of downspout that was completely missing all for the original price quoted.
