"The appointment for 1 p.m. was for a window of time, between 1 and 4 p.m. The technician (Chris) called about 30 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful. He did a great job inspecting my fireplace and going on the roof to inspect the chimney. He really knew what he was doing and made recommendations of things I needed.
