"We had no heat and they were out immediately to access the problem. Upon review we were notified that we need to either replace the mother board on our furnace or purchase a new furnace. The tech worked with us explaining the pros and cons of just replacing the mother board vs a new furnace. We went with a new furnace and they were back within two hours to install.
