Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew.

Great, Joe arrived on time having previously told me about a kit to repair fallen sinks like mine. He worked diligently and completed all work as promised in a quality manner at s very reasonable cost.

CALL HIM - you'll hire him. Joe is a total pro and does excellent work! He communicates well, is dependable, sticks to his estimate, and goes the extra mile to do the job right. Truly a unique talent these days - an honest, nice guy who shows up and does great work - and can do anything! He and Mike are easy to have around our home and clean up each day. Our subfloor under carpet was insufficient for new hardwood floors. They removed huge amount of subfloor and also demo'd entry tile on cement board. Then installed a lot of new subfloor on multiple levels. He met with our hardwood installer to ensure everything was right and went above and beyond to tighten subfloor to joists so it's solid and squeak-free in an older house. The new hardwood was the perfect height after Joe's planning for subfloor height - he makes it look easy. They also shaved curly-ques from an old wrought iron railing, painted and replaced it; even finding a way to break the weld at the bottom to turn the feet to accommodate new flooring. Hand railing wasn't secured inside wall so he framed support and patched drywall. He's creative and capable, saving us a ton by modifying our existing railings to look newer and more on trend. I'm on his waiting list to have more done and he's worth the wait during his busy season!

Joe allowed us to do the demo which saved some money. He also allowed us to pick all of our materials, to buy, consulted us along the way and made suggestions. Joe made up a schedule and followed it. Whenever there was a change, Joe let us know what the cost impact would be before doing it, most things we asked he just did as part of initial quote. Did a wonderful job with a lot of tile work and all the Finish work needed to incorporate the materials we purchased. they were great about keeping our house clean , and cleaning up each night and when the job was completed. We're extremely happy with the whole job!

The job was done promptly and satisfactorily, with no setbacks and no complaints on my part. I´d had others come take a look at the floor but Joe, the owner of this company, was the only one who came up with a solution. I hope to hire them again to do other work and wouldn´t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very well. Joe is always very busy, so getting on his calendar was a challenge, but he and his crew worked non-stop for eight hours on a Sunday to get the job done before winter fully arrived.

Mike was very professional and did a great job after initially coming out and giving me an estimate on replacing some shingles on our roof. He pointed out some other areas he thought might be of concern and gave them a closer inspection, as well. Would definitely hire again.

It went very well. Joe had to make 8 visits over a 10 week period to turn the jacks so it would slowly raise up the main support beams. (This was a very difficult area to reach because it was behind the water softener and furnace without a lot of room to maneuver.) After that was completed he braced the staircase which had pulled away from the floor joist. Now the staircase is solid and the kitchen floor is level.

Joe and crew are my Go To for anything that needs to be done around my property... After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, I showed them to Top2Bottom and they beat all of them. They stay very busy year around and but are totally worth every penny... prompt, professional, and do a great job. I have had them do 4 projects now and even though I always price match with other quotes, they never disappoint! ~ If you need something done Tomorrow, this probably isn't your company. They have so many repeat clients, I think it's speaks volume of the trust and quality of their work!
