We purchased both our furnace and AC unit from Kranes, about three years apart, and both experiences were outstanding! Their team is incredibly responsive and truly shows that they care. I've never received such exceptional customer service from a heating and cooling company. We also compared prices with other providers, and Kranes was by far the most reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!!

Very conscientious company! I was impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I could tell they were knowledgeable and respectful (not always the case as a woman sometimes you get talked down to). They also included a lot of little things that made me feel they job was done right...Included product numbers in quote, used checklists after every job, replaced pad for condenser, 1 year follow up visit, extra filter, protected my carpet while they worked, tested things thoroughly when they were done... They did not try to upsell me and prices were comparable to other quotes I got for AC alone. Price was a ittle higher than others if you are replacing your furnace and AC at the same time but within a few hundred. The quality of service and peace of mind were worth the extra money to me.

We had no heat and they were out immediately to access the problem. Upon review we were notified that we need to either replace the mother board on our furnace or purchase a new furnace. The tech worked with us explaining the pros and cons of just replacing the mother board vs a new furnace. We went with a new furnace and they were back within two hours to install. They were very professional and respectful. Kept me in the loop to everything that needed to be done. I will recommend anyone that needs heating or cooling work to contact them.

Krane is the best company for the price in town. They are extremely professional, very very responsive and I will use them again and again if I need to. Excellent, Darrel, their on call technician was prompt, professional, and had our furnace working again within hours. He was courteous to our family with two toddler age children's schedule and quickly diagnosed/repaired the faulty wiring.

It's just one person that does the check-up. We pay for each visit. I think it's $69 or $89.

They were responsive.It's a very hands on owner. He came out for the quoting and then we spoke to him on the phone a couple of times.He came out to the job site. He had a comfortable approach. He wasn't annoying, he was just very involved.

The technician, I did not get his name, but it was not Darrel or the Owner, but another guy. He said he took a digital picture and found that my heat exchanger had been damaged by my Older A/C condenser leaking on to it. I later called back to see the picture, but they could not provide it. What really was going on is this technician badly wanted to sell me a new A/C unit. He told me I could get a real good after the season deal for a new 2 ton 13 seer Bryant A/C for $3,500. I had rembered when Darrel quoted me the same price in June, so I knew not to fall for his price. I just had another Company's Technician install today a 2 1/2 to 13 Seer Carrier for $2,750 and he told me he did not see anything wrong with the Heat Exchanger. This was the main reason why I broke down and got the new A/C today. It is evident to me now that the Krane Technician lied to me. I am not happy about this and will not use Krane again, since they hire guys like this.
