We purchased both our furnace and AC unit from Kranes, about three years apart, and both experiences were outstanding! Their team is incredibly responsive and truly shows that they care. I've never received such exceptional customer service from a heating and cooling company. We also compared prices with other providers, and Kranes was by far the most reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!!

Very conscientious company! I was impressed with their attention to detail and communication. I could tell they were knowledgeable and respectful (not always the case as a woman sometimes you get talked down to). They also included a lot of little things that made me feel they job was done right...Included product numbers in quote, used checklists after every job, replaced pad for condenser, 1 year follow up visit, extra filter, protected my carpet while they worked, tested things thoroughly when they were done... They did not try to upsell me and prices were comparable to other quotes I got for AC alone. Price was a ittle higher than others if you are replacing your furnace and AC at the same time but within a few hundred. The quality of service and peace of mind were worth the extra money to me.

We had no heat and they were out immediately to access the problem. Upon review we were notified that we need to either replace the mother board on our furnace or purchase a new furnace. The tech worked with us explaining the pros and cons of just replacing the mother board vs a new furnace. We went with a new furnace and they were back within two hours to install. They were very professional and respectful. Kept me in the loop to everything that needed to be done. I will recommend anyone that needs heating or cooling work to contact them.

Jeff arrived to our home and provided an estimate for a new furnace and A/C system. Very professional and courteous. Seemed very knowledgeable and answered my questions easily. Spent time measuring windows and even called the city to get an accurate sq footage of the home to design the right system. Although we ended up going with a different HVAC system, I would have no hesitation recommending this company and will likely use them for any service we may need in the future. Excellent.

John came out last week to quote replacement of 2 AC units and a Furnace. I accepted the quote and gave them $2500 as a down payment. 2 Days before starting the job, Jeff (the owner) and his head installer come out to measure it and find that Johns plan will not work. Jeff gives me a quote that significantly more than what was quoted & that all the rebates John has mentioned do not exist. Didn't know you were allowed to take back a signed agreement ... avoid at all costs

Brian and I spent approximately 40 minutes with your mom while determining what would be the best approach for handling the issues at your home. It's a wonderful thing that we discovered the problems with the original plan before we sent the installers out to start the job. We quoted the new equipment with a horizontal installation, you didn't like it, we gave you your money back within 2 hours. "Hi [Member Name Removed], I am the one who delegates the jobs the day before. I called as soon I discovered your furnace is in the attic. I'm not sure what was discussed, but we have decided not to work on ac's that have evaporators in the attic because while there are measures that can be taken to prevent water leaking, it's only a matter of time before there is a drywall repair bill due to water damage. Our insurance company appreciates this. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and hope things went well with your other contractor."
