STAY AWAY. AMATEUR. DISHONEST. GHOSTED ME AFTER HE HAD MY MONEY. Job: to refinish my cement floor in my basement and to lay LVP on main floor. Going into it, I made Josh aware of some problem spots that might need subfloor work before the vinyl planks go down to avoid saggy spots. Josh assured me this would not be a problem. He lied. He made zero attempt to level the floor and laid planks directly on top of sagging and destroyed subfloor. I have saggy spots and soft spots, I have boards that are buckling and starting to shift apart. It's horrendous and everyone who enters my home notices right away. My basement floor? The stained concrete peels off with a fingernail. Either he knows nothing and is totally incapable or he is a lying dirtbag who takes advantage of two teachers who just had a baby. Worst part? I've known him for years. Blocked my number and my wife's. Refuses to come and fix the mess he made after he begged me to pay in full. Pathetic human being. Wish I could say more.

Josh, we did not deserve what you did to us. Taking $30k in labor and abandoning the project. The shower had to be completely pulled up and redone because it didn’t drain. The arches had to be taken out. The drain line you installed had to be redone because you didn’t slope it properly and it was holding waste and started to belly. The baseboards you installed in the master look so awful. After painting the kitchen ceiling and the bathroom walls, all of the seams are showing and have to be redone. You made it look like you ran the exhaust for the bathroom and kitchen but just laid it in the attic. You left live wires in the walls of our kitchen where the outlets were supposed to be. The list goes on and on. We are still living in a terrible situation because we’ve had to repay for someone else to fix everything and for the materials again. I’m pregnant and living in these awful conditions and you’re a huge reason for that. We trusted you!!
