I just canâ t say enough about the quality and service we received from Toastyâ s Heating & Cooling in Farmington Hills! We hired them to install a new furnace and A/C and their professionalism, pricing, workmanship and work ethic was truly exceptional. Even the city inspector was impressed! I had one company come out to diagnose the problem. He quickly told me that the condenser outside was ruined and gave me a price to replace the unit. I called Toasty's and Michelle quickly got someone out to my house (it turned out to be the owner). He told me what was wrong and gave me an estimate. Not only was it HALF of what the other guy was charging, he was able to get me in the next day! I cannot say enough about Toasty's!! I will use them forever for all my HVAC needs.

tech said heat exchanger was cracked.( if so my very expensive carbon dioxide detector would have went off many times.) and tried to sell me a new furnace. I had a nouther company come out and it was a only a bad blower motor.

That the technician had shown you. At any point if you did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis of the furnace you could have called in, and the owner would have came out to your home. Our goal is not to sell you parts that you do not need but to make sure that you are safe and comfortable with your furnace."
