I had to replace a mini split unit in our in-law suite. I contacted three Angies List companies to receive quotes. Of the three companies, Kevin was the only company owner who came out to quote the work (other two were sales people). Kevin's price was also the most reasonable and seemed in line with the project scope and my expectations. Kevin reviewed my current situation and took the time to offer a couple of different options and units based on our needs. On installation day, Kevin and associate came out and installed a new Mitsubishi indoor / outdoor unit. Everything was done really well and they did a nice job cleaning up too. When the installation was completed, Kevin took the time to review the remote control and settings as well as general maintenance requirements. After nearly two months (with some really hot weather), the unit is working flawlessly. I am very happy with quality of the equipment and the install job. I highly recommend Prime Time Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again.

Kevin came out on Thursday to fix my furnace. He found a cracked tube on the pressure switch. He cut off the bad section and it solved the problem. Then, he came back out on Saturday just to give me a couple new sections of tubing in case it developed another crack. It was a simple fix, but the fact that he made a second trip just to bring me spare parts is the type of customer service you don't see too often.

The service was wonderful. I was given helpful hints on how to get more from my air conditioning system upstairs by running the fan on settting, how to switch to manual filters for my electronic filter system, and how to get more humidity in the winter by switching my humidifier to the hot water pipe from the cold water pipe.
