They were booked with appointments and the first opening they had was on Sept. 29th, but they said if they could fit us in before then they would contact us. Well they called at noon on the 24th and said they could fit us into their schedule and were out at the house at 1:30PM on the 24th. They made the necessary repairs and also informed me that the air conditioner was still under warranty and all we needed to pay for was the labor.
