He determined a problem with the original installation of our new dishwasher and corrected it. He was prompt, thorough and did a great job.

My dryer worked fine on my first load of laundry yesterday, then did not dry at all on the second load. After joining Angie's List this morning and reviewing multiple service providers' reviews, I elected to call Mays Appliance Service for two reasons: first, the Overall 'A' rating, and, second. because there was no hint of negative feedback on his customer service attitude. I called Dave at 10:30 a.m. and reached his voice mail. I chose to leave a message (a test of his responsiveness) and received his return call at 10:45 a.m. We agreed on an appointment time of 'early afternoon.' At 12:30 p.m., Dave called to confirm he was on his way. He arrived at 1:00 p.m. and was personable, professional and efficient. By 1:30 p.m., he was gone, my clothes were already drying, and I had his assurance my dryer was in very good shape and should continue to serve me well for some time. Dave will certainly receive my recommendation if I am asked for a reference. By the way, I rated Dave's price as Good ('B'), although I don't have a frame of reference (quotes from other providers). He may very well have deserved an 'A' . . .

Everything went well. He was on time, he got his work done quickly and professionally. He also gave us advice on the brand to purchase and recommended local businesses to go to while looking for a new washer.
I would recommend May's Appliance.

We were very happy with the service. They were reasonably priced and punctual.

He was real good and we've had him before. He's reasonable and knows what he is doing. We are happy with his work. Everything was prompt and great.

They did the work we asked them to do and we had no complaints about that. We thought that the price was about right for what they did.

I phoned late in the afternoon, though Dave was out on a call someone was in and answered the phone. I hate leaving messages and hoping to hear back. He contacted me as soon as he could, got all the information he needed, answered my questions and set my appointment for the following day. Dave arrived on time, was personable and professional. 30 years in a family owned business would explain this. Diagnosis to completion took 45 min. I am pleased to say that this is my appliance guy no need to look any further!

I had EXCELLENT service and will continue to use him in the future. He was extremely professional and was willing to work with our schedules. He was here within two hours after I called him and replaced quickly. He was very professional and polite. I was pleased that he had the part with him especially since our oven had a special igniter.

When we called, he was available that day. However, we had him come out the following day. Mr. May arrived on time and made quick work of identifying the problem and fixing it. When he checked out the dryer, he suggested just getting a new one as ours was shot. Mr. Mays suggested an appliance dealer in town and they gave us a great price on a new one.

They were very quick. They seemed like an honest company and I trust them. The quality of their work was good. I haven't had any problems with my washer since.

I ENJOYED USING THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP AT THE TIME THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE VERY LITTLE MESS WHILE THEY WERE HERE.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A REALLY LONG TIME. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT HE CANNOT FIX, HE WILL LET US KNOW. THEY ARE A VERY HONEST AND RESPECTABLE BUSINESS. THEY ARE WELL RENOWNED IN THIS AREA.
