Our furnace died on Christmas Eve! Mast responded promptly (we left messages for 3 other companies) and sent a service tech out right away. They confirmed that the repairs would not be worth the investment (our furnace was 25 years old). They put a rush order on the replacement process and offered space heaters to use until they could replace the furnace for us. It was a cold three days! But Mast responded first thing on the 26th, got us a quote right away, came the same day to remove the old furnace, and installed our new furnace on the 27th. They did everything in their power to get us warm again in a reasonable time. All the staff were friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone!

We have used Mast the past few years to help keep our previous AC/furnace (Mast installation 26yrs ago) limping along until we were ready to replace it. We have always received excellent service, so when it was time to finally replace the system we made sure to have them give us a quote. Cody came out and really took time to inspect the existing equipment and determine our needs for the new unit. We were given a couple of recommended matched system options that would suit our needs and had each system thoroughly explained. We chose the more expensive option, but due to its efficiency level it qualified for almost twice the money in energy rebates from the gas/electric company making both options very comparable in price (BTW, Mast takes care of filling out the rebate forms and sending them in). The installation crew did a great job of completing the install and left a clean space behind them and my wife felt very comfortable/safe with their presence. She stated how genuinely nice they seemed and my curious 5 year old was able to watch them do some of the work. So far we have only used the air, but it has been working well. Waiting to see a utility bill and hopefully that efficiency working!

We interviewed 5 vendors before buying our furnace and air conditioner replacement.  Only one other vendor besides Mast took time to fully analyze our needs and only Mast fully understood and proposed an all inclusive solution.  The other vendor made some of the same suggestions for changes that needed to be made to our duct work, but put them in as expensive add-ons.  Cody did our pre sales review.  He was thorough in understanding our present system, the weaknesses it had and what we were looking to achieve with a new system and then designing a system to meet our needs including rerouting some of the duct work. As mentioned, his proposal was all inclusive and did have a few optional upgrades available but shared that the options were of our choosing and if we did not want to go with them would not effect the core system meeting our needs.  We did choose to add on a an upgraded air filter and humidifier.  The installers arrived on time, they were were pleasant and efficient in their work, checked every register vent for proper air flow and made adjustments as needed, trained us on how the system worked and what maintenance needed to be done and how to do it and then cleaned up after them selves.  The system is working as Cody outlined it would and has far exceeded our expectations.  We never felt pressured to buy anything more than we were comfortable with or wanted and had every one of our questioned answered quickly and thoroughly.  Highly recommend you go with Mast.

Jeremy was very good to work with for providing the quote, refining the scope and cost and setting up the installation.  The actual installation was completed on schedule with no surprises and the system is running very well.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone for similar work!

I've used them for about 2 years and I'll stay with them. They've kept the unit running well by doing the seasonal maintenance. They're typically in and out in about a half hour, and I'd definitely recommend them. There are no issues with scheduling, either.

We received quotes from 4 different companies. Jeremy from Mast came to the house to give us an estimate. He was the most thorough and organized of the 4 estimators. They were able to schedule the work when we wanted. It took 2 days since they were installing a zoning system. The installers kept us updated and explained the new system thoroughly, including how to clean the pure air system filters. They took care of getting the mechanical permit and even contacted the township when the work was completed. We also signed up for their annual maintenance service.

Mast retrofitted our house, including a separate unit for the second floor because the existing ductwork was not adequate for that area. Jeremy from Mast did a thorough check of the ductwork, determined it was adequate for the first floor, but not the second, and suggested an upstairs unit. The unit would not need additional ductwork, and would provide needed additional heat as well. The unit was free-standing, mounted on an outside wall.

We placed the order in October 2011 to receive a manufacturer's rebate, and installation began Spring 2012. Installers worked efficiently: the main unit was done in a day's time; the separate upstairs unit was finished on another day a month or so later. Workers left a clean job site.

We waited to submit this evaluation to be able to comment on a 12-month use. Equipment has performed as expected, and we are happy with the results. Both units work well for cooling, and the 2nd floor unit provided fast heat as needed in winter. The thermostat(downstairs) and controller(upstairs) are both easy to operate.

We would use this company again.

They were very quick and flexible at work. I couldn't be at my house until 3 o'clock so they made sure not to come in until then. They were very fast and completed the work in 40 minutes.

.Furnace quit during the night. Called Mast first thing in the morning. Was given a 2-5 PM window. Dale arrived at 2:05. Very professional, informative, friendly and knew his job well. Excellent service. Wil use again.

An excellent Angie's List find! From the first friendly call to the emailed summary of the service call by Marc, it was a pleasure to work with Mast Heating and Cooling. They recommended that I join the Home Comfort Savings Club, as I needed insepction and cleaning of my Furnace and Air Conditioning Unit. With the savings club I save about $50 for spring and fall seasonal tune-up and maintenance, 15% repair discount on parts and labor, and incur no overtime charges for night or weekend. Mast was not only professional (Marc even removed his shoes at the door) and efficient, they were friendly and everything was thoroughly documented and explained.

I think they were excellent.

First, the repairman Eric Haveman arrived exactly at the scheduled, not one minute sooner and not one minute later. This is for us a bit unusual, as we had called two other service companies who did not even give us the courtesy of a response! Eric quickly assess the situation and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and then explain the situation in details that we could understand, and also answered all our questions. It turned out that part of the problem was a circuit breaker. He was professional in stating his limitations that such work was beyond his certification, so he could not to the electrical work. We determined to try to fix the heater problem ourselves with the help of a trusted worker we have that can do that work. Eric explained that if we called him back for any further work that there would not be a repeated service call, but the $60 fee was good for 30 days. We rate the service as excellent. Eric was first competent, then prompt and personable.

They do a great job, are prompt and offer a good price. I would also say they are very knowledgeable and would use them again in the future.

Mast is very good and we use them for everything. They are very knowledgeable, don't overcharge and do what is needed to fix something. You can definitely trust what they say.

They had a coupon for $39 and it is regularly a $79 service. It was a very nice discount. Their price is normally average with everyone else around here. The quality of service was very good. They were right on time. They were very professional and very friendly. We've had other friends that have used them to put in air conditioning and heating. They liked them very much and were very pleased with them.
