Job was performed successfully and the repairs were made at a fair price.

Paul came and checked out my refrigerator, found that it has a system failure, and gave me honest answers for the best course of action.  The repair cost would have started at $600 for parts alone and gone up from there.  Due to the fact that his actual involvement with the "nuts and bolts"  was limited he reduced the cost of his normal service call as well.

Paul called me the same day and we set up a time the next day for service. Paul was professional and easy to talk to. He explained the parts that he replaced and he explained to me why they were broken. I have never been happier to do the wash now that the machine is working properly again.

Paul was on time, had to order a part and called when it came it. Was, again, on time did the work and fixed the problem. We have used Paul several time in the last several years and I can't think of a nicer person. He is my first call when something is not working and I am happy with his work.

Overall was great will use again in the future. Paul even asked and show me how to fix the dryer myself, did not have the self confidence to do that did not charge extra for the service call for the timer for the dryer.

When I called for service, I spoke to the owner of the company (Paul). He asked about the problem, listened polity, then asked if were there any other symptoms. That was a nice change from some of the other repair companies I have called. He gave me simple instructions to help ensure that he would be able to diagnose the problem when he arrived. Not only were we able to schedule a same day appointment (yea!), but the arrival time was only one hour rather than the usual four hour slot.

Paul arrived on time, was very polite, and explained clearly the issues with my repair. He order the part and returned to do the repair, again, on time, and again, same day. Not only is my refrigerator working properly now, he also gave me some very good advice on a replacement freezer.

Our dryer is now as good as new. He is very easy to work with. He is always on time for the appointments. He will give you his best opinion on what needs to be fixed and how to fix it. He has even given us advice in the past on not fixing something. When he was here before the washer machine wasn't working. He said we would be way better off buying a new one. All he charged us for was his trip fee. He charged a trip charge of $40.00, $10.00 for labor, and $10.00 for parts; you cant be that! We have called him on the phone several times with questions. He has been very helpful. Before we bought our dishwasher we called him and asked him what brand he would recommend. He is more than happy to help you ovr the phone.
