Joel and Broderick of Tender Lawn Care did an excellent job in removing and installing new side walks at our home. They had to remove a cement sidewalk and replace with brick pavers and then remove stepping stones and reuse in sidewalk. Joel, especially takes time to ensure a quality job and ensures that the final product looks perfect when finished. There was some weather delay but the job took about four days to complete. When finished the project was better than we actually planned and could have anticipated.

Scalloped my lawn several times, hit my trailer, hit my gate almost every week, once causing major repair, broke landscape lights, damaged lawn edging. Tender care that was far from tender! Just in a rush, not really caring.

It’s been on-going, there’s been many, many visits, so all summer. They don’t even call me, they just show up. I have used them several times for different services. There are so many services they do, it all cost different. It’s real complicated, they’ve done a ton of stuff and at different prices. I have got maybe 10 different services and they are all a different price and at different intervals that they come. Some are one time things, some are 4 times.

Very well. The staff was very professional and helpful. I got a quote the same day that I called and my first application a week later. The tech talked with my wife and explained everything he was going to do. As my wife was on crutches, he even moved some pool toys that were in the way and took the time to hand apply the materials around the pool to keep them out of the pool water.

The mowing went well...but I believe the forgot to schedule my spring cleaning. They told me it was would happen the following week after my first cut (as a different team did cleaning I was told). 3 weeks later and still no cleaning. So, the next time my lawn was mowed, it was done that day...and not so great. I think they just hurried and did it unplanned (for the mowing team). In addition to not everything cleaned up, many of the ground plants in my backyard were trampled and destroyed in order to get to the leaves. Not a lot of care taken there.

Outstanding work. Not the lowest price...but not the highest. Trade off between high-quality and professional work with modest-to-high pricing. They've cared for our lawn for 4 years now. Always show up every week on same day. Tackle things with multi-person team and are done within 20mins or so. They leave our yard, driveway, walks, and street clean. No remnants...you can't even tell they were there other than the pristine cut grass. They also use granular time-released fertilizer (not the liquid spray) which ensures it doesn't grow super long for a few weeks...followed by shorter length. It's just a beautiful healthy green all summer long. We pay as part of package (about $1,100/summer - about $45/cut weekly + $50/fertilizer-weed treatment x 5-6 treatments per summer). Plus they do a nice Fall Cleanup for about $200 - all leaves, clean out the beds, etc.

They do good work, I'm happy with them. Its an one time fee, for multiple visits. They are pretty easy to communicate with. They are responsive. They are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

I still use them. They do my lawn care in the summer. I've used them for two years. Price is comparable to the area. They are very good at responding. They are very punctual and professional. I don't have any problems except for their snow removal. They don't do residential sidewalks. Sometimes I just have to remind the young people about the trimming. Because... well they're young.

This is my first year with Tender Lawn Care for snow plowing. Before selecting them, I obtained many quotes and found them to be slightly higher, by a total of $50 for the season. However, no other service could compare with their responsiveness and professionalism. They set clear expectations up front through their thorough contract/agreement paperwork; I knew when to expect them based on the amount of snow and time of snowfall - they were always there at the stated times! One day, a snowstorm/snowfall was throughout the day and I received an email from them explaining what to expect during that day. I thought that was excellent! It's an example of them "anticipating needs"....this behavior told me that they do care and they understand the customer perspective! It's not just words for them (like so many other companies), their behaviors show.
Regarding the plowing itself, I found them to follow the rules every time. They pushed the snow into my yard and not into my neighbors or into the street. I see so many plows just drag the snow into the street and spread it as they are leaving, what a mess for all the other neighbors. Their trucks are very nice too; they are as quiet as they can be, well lit, well marked and clean.
I highly recommend them.

I contracted with Tender Lawn Care (TLC) because they had been doing my lawn maintenance and I was very pleased with all aspects of the company?s work. I did not obtain bids from other vendors since I trusted TLC. The salesperson (Debbie in my case) visited as often as necessary to get the plans just right ? and it was more than just a few visits. It took two workmen a whole week of heavy labor to get the job done. They took pride in their work; were careful not to cut any underground cables, pipes, etc.; and made suggestions for improvements in the plan as these became apparent. The end result looks great. The stone stair steps in particular are a masterpiece and a work of art. Debbie continued to monitor the condition of the new plantings throughout the growing season, and had problem plants replaced as necessary, all without me asking. We have had many compliments on the finished project. Throughout my relationship with Tender Lawn Care they have always been friendly and responsive. Every one of their employees with whom I have been in contact has treated me as if I were a member of their own family.
