They needed to order a replacement part, but they charged me trip charge again when they put in the replacement part on the return trip. Also, suggested an unnecessary repair which we didn't do.

Initially, the control panel was identified as the problem requiring replacement. Cost of control panel was 3x more than Electrolux quoted price. Due to warranty concerns, control panel was purchased for the higher cost through Miller's supplier. After control panel was replaced and "communication error" continued, it was determined that the interface panel also needed replacement.

"Thank you for the review. Now let me make some corrections to this information that has been shared incorrectly. The first service call to the home was 10/3/14 for a leaking washer which was repaired, the cost was a service call $79.95. We replaced a rusted hose clamp on the bleach dispenser hose. Your second call to our office was 5/21/15 eight and a half months later for a leaking washer. The diagnosis at this time was the tub seal leaking. The decision was made at this time that the cost was too great to repair. And yes we do charge a service call each time we are called to the home that is how our technicians get paid. All of our repairs are warranted 30 days. The second trip was a totally different problem which does require a second service charge. Hope this clears up the integrity issues."

Mike showed up the same morning I called and worked very efficiently, identifying the bad part and replacing it. The fridge is running great again and he shared some good maintenance advice to keep the fridge running well.

It was wonderful. The technician, Erik, was very polite and professional. He not only told me what was wrong, but also ways I could modify my laundry habits and keep it running for a while longer. I appreciated that he was upfront about the cost of the repair. It allowed me to make a thoughtful decision about whether to fix it or buy a new one. Miller's Appliance Service is officially my go-to for anything appliance related.
