I hope that by me reaching out to you yesterday and refunding back the full amount that you paid has shown that I do stand behind our work and address any issues that arise. I have addressed these issues with the technician and taken appropriate actions. As the owner of the company I do not tolerate this kind of poor workmanship and I do not take it lightly.

Our goal is to always leave our customers feeling satisfied that the issue with their product was diagnosed properly and repaired in a timely manner. We go to great lengths to make sure that all our technicians are fully trained on the products that they service. The last thing that I would ever want is for one of our customers to feel like one of our technicians did not know what they were doing. After looking at the estimate that our technician gave you I see that he did quote you a price to replace the dispenser assembly and at that time you decided that you did not want to go forward with the repair. If you truly feel like the technician was not confident or knowledgeable about the product than I am more than happy to go take another look at your dishwasher to give you a second opinion. I will not charge you another Diagnosis fee for this. If you do decide to go forward with this repair that $65.00 that was paid for the diagnosis fee would be applied to that total.
