And, Brad concludes with conducting a “ Test Out,“ to see the improvements. Pepco will offer you a partial rebate for the work completed and they are very satisfied with a 20% reduction. As for us, we hammered Brad with dozens of questions over the course of time before and after we ratified an agreement. They came and did the service in in one day and then returned a few weeks afterwards to find tune and the leaks that were identified on the follow up blower test. They changed the wrong exhaust fan and then did the right one at no additional charge. I would definitely work with them again. Actually, they have done an evaluation and an estimate on my second home and I expect to have them start soon."

We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem.
