From the outset couldn't have gone better or more smoothly than working with Pop's staff. Initial visit from estimator, working with Yossef on the configuration, to working with Angel on the installation schedule to the two gentlemen who performed the install. Exceeded our expectation with the highest level of professionalism along the way. Can't imagine using another company for our garage door needs and can't recommend strongly enough!

They cheated customers with outrageous rate. It cost me $780 to replace two garage door springs only. It's ridiculous that stores like Home Depot are charging this much for items that cost less than $120 a piece. And the task itself only took a little over 30minutes. And more importantly, the hospitality is so oppressive. I later contacted another company and they said could repair it for around $500. I never want to deal with again. You be careful too.

My old garage door was a disaster! Tom from Pop's came out as scheduled, and gave me two estimates, (repair/replacement). He had to go to another job and pick up a part for my job, as I chose repair. Tom was back when he said he would be, and fixed my door in a timely, professional manner, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pop's Garage Door. They turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience, as my garage door works better than it has in years!!

A spring on my manually working garage door broke. The first quote was $380.00. Generally it cost between $200.00 and $350.00. I said 300.00. I paid $350.00. This was way too high. The tech completed the job in approximately 28 minutes. He replaced both springs and one cable line. Again, this job was over charged. I am very disappointed and a refunded should be offered to make this right.
