Tom was back when he said he would be, and fixed my door in a timely, professional manner, for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pop's Garage Door. They turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience, as my garage door works better than it has in years!!

A spring on my manually working garage door broke. The first quote was $380.00. Generally it cost between $200.00 and $350.00. I said 300.00. I paid $350.00. This was way too high. The tech completed the job in approximately 28 minutes. He replaced both springs and one cable line. Again, this job was over charged. I am very disappointed and a refunded should be offered to make this right.

After being grossly overcharged by another garage service in the area this week, I called Pop's for an estimate for the remaining job that had to be done - replacing the garage door rollers. The technician came by the same day and completed the job professionally and efficiently. Pop's cost was exactly half of what the previous company had quoted me. If I had gone with Pop's the first time around I would have saved approximately $700 for the same exact work for repairs/parts/maintenance. For this reason I strongly recommend Pop's for their quality work and their honesty.
