And when any other job they had was postponed or cancelled they called to see if they could do the work for us sooner (as in that same day). E.g., I m not happy about the holes that will be put in our walls/ceiling for ceiling fans to be installed, but they re honest and up front about what to expect so that we could make an informed decision. Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. A level is one of the required tools in the installation instructions. The difference is obvious because the tile behind is level. I realize that this is a very small difference, but I expect work to be done exactly."
