Story is lengthy but necessary. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are very good at pulling you in as a new customer and communicating with you to set up new service. I had total attic remediation done in July, 2025. The company they subcontracted to do the work came out and completed the job. The same day in the evening through the present, my upstairs has reeked of a very foul and unpleasant odor. It smells like rotten cabbage mixed with bowel. The only way to get the smell out is to have the windows open. Once I close them, the smell is back. I've lived in my home for almost 15 years and never smelled such a thing. I am a very neat and clean person. I contacted the owner, Nick. We had a pleasant conversation, and he arranged for someone to come check out the problem. The gentleman arrived and smelled it instantly. He said he smelled something but wasn't familiar with the smell because he was not in the "installation" department. He was in the department that identifies dead animals....smh. I'm not sure why Nick sent him especially since I told him there wasn't anything dead upstairs or in the house. The smell was coming from the so called "new" chemicals and installation they installed. Fast forward, Nick requested to have someone from the contracted company that installed the installation to come out. Well, this gentleman said he didn't smell anything was more concerned with checking my vents....smh. Yet, another wasted trip. I've called Nick several times, 10 times to be exact within a 3-week timespan. He has yet to return my calls, and it's September 25th...smh. That is not behavior of a President of a company that stands behind their work. I left a more reputable company to go with Sentate. The WORST mistake I could've made. Senate might be good with other services but definitely not attic remediation. I'm thinking the installation and chemicals used were CHEAP. The sad part about this entire experience is Nick's lack of communication. As the owner, he definitely should've done something to make sure that I, the customer, was happy.

Yes, the work was done.

We said a mouse, so we called Senate. They can out and inspected the outside of our house for possible openings that mice might be coming in. They closed up a couple small openings and put out traps. We got 2 mice and they have came back two more times and they found no signs of activity. Better yet we have found no signs. I can not stand to have mice in my house. They are very knowledgeable, on time and courteous.

The technician was on time and friendly. He sprayed the extra areas I requested and gave me sticky traps for the interior upon request.

Mbye did a good job. He thoroughly sprayed our home inside and out. So far, I don't see any bugs crawling around inside our home. I truly hope that continues. I saw one bug after the spray, but I could tell that it was dying.

There first visit was as professional and extensive, meeting our requirements. Since this was just done, it's too early to comment on activity in the house but since Friday, nothng seen. We recently had a disappointing experience with Senate Termite & Pest Control. The technician visited our property today to check the monitoring stations, but unfortunately, the job was not completed to a satisfactory standard. Three cartridges were left outside the station, and several covers were broken and not replaced. No report was issued following the visit, leaving us in the dark about the status of the monitoring and any necessary actions. Given this lack of professionalism and incomplete work, we are strongly considering terminating our service with Senate Termite & Pest Control. We expected a more thorough and responsible approach to pest control and maintenance. At this time, we cannot recommend this company.

They came out late for the 1st initial service and they didn't finish the service properly as it stated. They was running late twice and I had to reschedule. They didn't put all the rat traps down and they attempted to just clean the webs because it was not done efficiently the 1st time. They were late for that appointment and still didn't finish the work. Do not sign a contract with them i asked them can I get out but I am waiting on a manager to contact me so can cancel without half the fees charged for the remaining of the contract DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE.
