"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! He does what he says and his installers do what they say and do it with quality. Correct dates and materials were corrected.The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . "I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. "I spoke with 4 companies and had 3 of them come to my home to diagnose and provide an estimate. Additionally, I researched reviews of each on the internet. H Forrest was the only one to properly diagnose the problem. His knowledge is broad (not just roofing) and so he was also able to repair an issue with our siding and a window. I was confident in his expertise and I appreciated that he did not talk to me like I'm an idiot. He took the time to explain and answer questions. His crew came the very next day. I was provided with many photos of the work as it was progressing. I would definitely recommend and hire again."

"Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!
Should I need any further work done to the exterior of my home, they will be the first company I contact.
