"Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. "I was having some issues with water coming into the basement through the foundation and walls during rainy weather. Not flooding, or even shop vac-able volumes, just enough to be annoying and require mopping. Dominic and his crew were here today to install an under-floor drainage system and a new sump pump. I was dreading the demo (I have a concrete floor) and the mess involved, but these guys came prepared for everything! They used dust abatement measures to protect all my basement-stored items, and they removed and hauled all the debris away when finished with the excavation. What really impressed me was the concrete restoration upon completion. I've previously had a sewer line replaced through the basement floor, and the contractor really "botched" the floor repair. I can't describe how different this experience was! The concrete installed today is immaculate! Dominic takes pride in his work and with good reason! The new concrete is perfect! I am thrilled!"

"We had a few delays due to a little snow (26" here) but once we could see the ground again,  Drainage & Erosion Solutions descended upon our yard with around 8-10 guys to dig down to the footer by hand. I was amazed that they completed all the digging, had a hole cut for the egress window, and installed the window the first day. The second day they filled in a bunch of cracks, applied several different layers of waterproofing material and filled the trench back in, tamping it down every few feet. I'm pretty confident there isn't going to be any settling as they packed it all in very tight. The third day, they hauled out the extra dirt and restored our side yard to look the same as when they started, including re-spreading mulch that they had removed from the area to perform the work.
This job required that our outdoor HVAC unit be disconnected and temporarily moved. They had a an outside contractor do this work, airnovations, llc, and those guys were very professional too. It was going to be in the 20's overnight and they made sure we'd still have heat by using the auxiliary heater while the unit was disconnected.
All the guys were really nice. Most, if not all the crew spoke English so there was never any communications issues. David Arias was the operations manager and he was in touch either in person or by phone several times a day to keep me updated on the work and coordinating with the HVAC guys. This was one of the smoothest experiences we've had when getting major work done to our home.

"I had a bad water issue in my basement and instead of digging up the concrete floor and installing french drains, Humberto addressed the issue of water getting in in the first place. He sealed and refinished our driveway and waterproofed the area where driveway met the foundation of the house. Also installed sump pump in landing of basement stairs and installed drains in the window wells. He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!"
