The outside of the cabin needed wood replacement, painting, new gutters, screening in a porch and replacing/adding steps. Inside needed new flooring and electrical. And he will be back in the future for more. He previously has done at least three projects on our townhouse: new bathroom, basement re-do, new vanities on other bathrooms, flooring, etc. he is the only cabin contractor we will use. His bids are very detailed. If his price is higher than other bids, look carefully at the others. Ask questions. You honestly cannot get a better contractor."
