"This was an awesome experience, when planning to renovate my kitchen called VKB and was impressed. Our designer Johan was super patient, creative and truly brought my vision to light within my established budget. The project price and timing were all maintained by our project manager Jason and the finished project - beyond expectations. Marvin and his crew delivered an impeccable new kitchen our entire family is excited to use. We enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend."

"This is our fourth time using Diaz for our home renovations. He refinished and stained floors and painted several rooms. He also rebuilt an upstairs deck. In addition, he took care of about 10 other little things that needed fixing. As always, Diaz was the best contractor we’ve ever encountered. He came right out for a free estimate. He gave us constructive advice on the proposed work. His crew got started right away - they were reliable, on time, courteous, and cleaned up impeccably each day. Diaz stuck to his estimate. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. You will not have to rely on a subcontractor or having to call somebody else - he does painting, flooring, kitchens, doors/windows, drywall work, tiling, bathrooms, etc. He even has his own tree guy and electrician for when those things come up. He doesn’t just do everything, but everything is done to perfection. Highly recommended!"

"Dreamville Remodeling did an excellent job.Seamless communication, They crew was amazing! I would highly recommend hiring this company! All crew members were polite and efficient. They kept work site very clean during the whole construction process."

"Owner Alex is quick to respond on requests and quotes and understands the work requirements. He sent two employees/subcontractors to complete the actual work - they worked very hard and got the job done quickly. Reasonable price - will use again!"

"Cesar and Luis showed up on time and worked consistently to clear our attic of excess insulation from a previous project and then cut and nail the plywood flooring. Because of wiring, they had to notch the wood to make the flooring fit snugly. They were unable to finish in one day because of the asbestos, but arrived the following morning to finish the job and were done by noon. The cost was high, but it is a professional job."

"Devin Nasvaderani (Marel Homes) is, without a doubt, the best contractor with whom I have ever worked. He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. He took a nightmare and turned it into the dream home we had hoped for. If you need a great contractor to remodel your home, call Devin at Marvel Homes (the name says it all).

"While the project took a little longer than we liked, part of that was our fault, as we travel a lot and were not available on a few occasions. We had our kitchen, two bathrooms, and basement remodeled. We also installed a new roof and waterproofed the side of our house due to leaking in our basement. All the work was done professionally and with the utmost quality. I had heard horror stories about contractors from co-workers, but thankfully we had no issues with Chevy Chase. We are satisfied with all of the work performed."

"Omar and his team were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project they took great care to contain the mess and disruption from the renovation, and completed the job on time.  We had a hard deadline we were working with and Omar and his team made sure everything was completed ahead of the deadline.  We are very pleased with the results; for the price I don't believe there are many better alternatives out there than Omar.

"We did a major kitchen remodel and removed a load bearing wall. We had a great experience with Jonathan and his crew. The cabinets they supplied are gorgeous, they stayed on schedule, and on-budget. It was very easy to communicate with them, and they were always responsive and accessible. LOVE our new kitchen!"
