"We're sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with our service. However, we would like to clarify some misinformation in your review. Firstly, we apologize for any delays you may have experienced. Our team always strives to complete projects in a timely manner, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays beyond our control. Regarding the cabinet doors, our team carefully measures and cuts each piece according to the specifications provided. However, if there are any discrepancies from the manufacturer, we are always willing to address and rectify the issue. Which we did in this situation plus provide a discount for the delays. As for the recent issue with the trash bin drawer, we are committed to honoring our warranty and providing the necessary repairs. We checked our phone records and only have one missed call from you at 3:40pm on Thursday 20th. Since receiving this review, management has made several attempts to contact you to fix your trashcan bin. We do have a record of your project and pulled your file first thing Friday morning after receiving this review. We value our customers and their satisfaction, and we would like to work towards a resolution. Please contact us at 800-427-0108 so that we can discuss the situation further and find a satisfactory solution."

"Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages that have since been corrected, we fell behind in the prompt communication we strive to deliver during our renovation process. We advise customers they will be contacted in about two weeks after sale to schedule a measure appointment. The customer contacted us on the third week. We called the customer back the same day they made us aware they were not contacted in the expected timeframe. Just as the sales appointment, we arrived promptly on the scheduled measure date and performed the expected duties. Delivery confirmations from our manufacture which dictates the installation date have been significantly behind. We attempted to contact the customer as soon as we received an installation date on 7/12/22 and on 7/13/22 at the email address and phone number listed on their contract. The phone number went straight to a voicemail that was full and the email we sent was not bounced back. When the customer contacted us on 7/25/22 via email stating they wanted to cancel their contract, we reached out to them promptly the same day again by calling a number with a full voicemail and then emailing. We attempted to resolve the concerns by phone, however, the customer would only communicate through email. We communicated via email with the customer on 7/25/22 and on 7/26/22. The customer requested we refund their full deposit, however, we explained that we were unable to do so because their custom-made materials were already fabricated and expected to be delivered on 8/18/22. We have the customer on our schedule to begin installation on 8/22/22. After no further communication from the customer since 7/26/22, we reached back out to the customer on 8/4/22 to resolve their concerns with hopes to proceed with the scheduled installation. The customer again requested their full deposit be refunded and stated they would contact their attorney and make a complaint with BBB if not done."
