All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job. The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. "They did an excellent job of installing the new panel at a reasonable price. Also they had financing options that were same as cash. I was provided some options of circuit breakers and the price with the options. The differences in breaker were explained and the code requirements for my area was also explained and compared to other local code standards. I was able to customize the options a little bit based on my needs and I have more space in the panel if I have additional requirements. Going from a box from the 1960’s to a modern solution mad a lot of sense. The installation was smooth with only a short time without power. Throughout the process, I was well informed of the progress. My family was able to work remotely from home during most of the install without too much disruption. (Used cell phone for internet and laptops while power was off.) They even installed a monitoring system for me to track the electrical use of the house. Overall they did a great job and I am very satisfied."

"Excellent service! I had a 26yr old A/C and Propane furnace that I wanted to update to an ALL ELECTRIC high efficiency heat pump. The price in the estimate was much higher than I was expecting, but they worked with me and brought it down considerably, provided I could accept an install slot in a couple of days due to a cancellation. Go for it, I thought! Unfortunately, it turned out that the estimator/salesman (who shall remain nameless) apparently got a bit confused and set up the equipment as a hybrid propane system - not the all-electric system that I wanted. Ugh. I only realized this when the installers had the indoor unit in place, and I saw the propane burners. Doh! So, I explained the situation to them, and they pulled the unwanted unit out and jumped through the hoops to order the correct unit and its accessories (wiring, breakers etc.), with no change to the price. They were very friendly and polite through all of this even though it meant the wasted work and that they had to come back the next day with the new IDU. Anyway, the final install all went well, and they were very friendly and respectful of the property and explained all the install details as they went (sorry Melvin, for all the pestering!) I'm very happy with the company and the installer's knowledge and professionalism. RECOMMENDED!"

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

"I accidentally broke the PVC pipe leading out of the condensation drain coming out of my air conditioning unit. (This may seem to be a minor problem, but that is only because you didn't have to haul the buckets of water produced during this heat spell to the sump pump drain.) I put in the request on Monday afternoon. They arrived first thing Tuesday morning -- early. It took them all of about 15 minutes. I could not ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous."
