"They did an excellent job and were as nice as could be.  The price wasn't the most expensive or the least expensive of the quotes I received, they were fair.  They did an excellent job of matching the 60-year-old bricks of the house, although they apologized in advance in case they couldn't.  All of us were quite pleased with the outcome.  Robbie, the lead man on the team, was great.  
My one and only complaint was that tearing down the chimney and setting the brick in mortar created quite a mess down below on my deck.  The workmen weren't aware of the deck below from the pictures they had seen in advance.  It would have been nice if they had drop cloths to cover the whole deck instead of just underneath the ladder.  Pieces of brick and mortar flew all over the place and between the deck boards.  They tried to clean it up and dig out the debris from between the boards when finished, but it was still a mess.  When I called the office the lovely office manager said that when the next crew came out to acid wash the chimney they would power wash away the debris on the deck.  The second crew was very good as well, and did a decent job of cleaning it up.
My only suggestion is that in the future the trucks should always carry plenty of drop cloths or a roll of plastic, so that doesn't happen to anyone else.  But all's well that ends well, and I am pleased."

"The ChimneyTek team came out and said the chimney was unsafe and had to be overhauled for over $12,000 and they couldn't get started until a plumber came and removed the gas insert. We had a second estimate by another chimney company, and they installed a wood stove and repaired the chimney and made it safe for about $3000 total. Not sure what ChimneyTek was up to, but we definitely had sticker shock and won't be back. We also asked for a copy of the report that they showed us in person, and never received one. It's been about 10 months."

"After visiting several design and build companies for the construction of our patio, we decided to go with Mike and First Impressions.  Our backyard sloped dramatically across the rear of the house.  Other companies seemed to want to bring in fill material to raise lower sections.  Mike suggested that we use the slope and dig in more than one terrace connected by paver stairs.  Mike was very patient with us in choosing our pavers and tweaking the design.  He worked with us to incorporate all of the features we wanted and maintain our sightlines of the US Capitol.

Several other companies recommended ripping out the existing patio entirely and replacing it with concrete pavers that are easier (than natural stone) to install. Pro Landscapes was able to maintain the existing base and curvature of the old patio and install new flagstones. They also installed an extension. Would definitely recommend."

Initially when I found Nir on a recommendation by a friend, he answered politely and was at my property the next day. A fair estimate was given and I had to wait two weeks for the custom made chases. "THE TWO MAN TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME 8/2/17 THE DAY OF THE JOB AND FOUND OUT MISS UTILITY HAD NOT MARKED THE GROUND. THEY REMOVED THE TREES DOWN TO THE STUMPS. IT WAS ABOUT A 2 1/2 HOUR JOB. MS. U MARKED THE GROUND 2 DAYS LATER (FRIDAY). ON SUNDAY ONE GUY (NELSON) CAME AND FINISHED THE JOB. I DIDN'T GET A CALL THAT THEY WERE COMING AND LUCKILY I WAS HOME. HE TOLD ME ONE TREE WAS PLANTED OVER A GAS LINE SO HE COULD ONLY GRIND THE STUMP 2 INCHS BELOW GROUND. I WAS OKAY WITH THAT AS LONG AS IT DIDN'T SHOW. HE GAVE ME POINTERS ON ENSURING THE TREES SURVIVED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE WORST SOIL (MY WORDS). RIGHT NOW MY LAWN IS NOT LOOKING THE BEST, WITH THE STRAW AND SMASHED GRASS. BUT IT'S TEMPORARY. NELSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP THE YARD AND IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 HOURS. BALLARD ENTERPRISES WILL BE MYGO TO FOR ANY TREE SERVICE."
