Ductless Mini-split A/C - Install or Replace
Michael, the owner, explained things thoroughly during the free estimate he gave me. We then scheduled a day for him to come install a mini split system I had purchased myself I am extremely happy with the quality of work he and his assistant did with the installation. He's professional, efficient, and courteous. I trust him with any upcoming HVAC work I will need. Give him an opportunity to come provide quality HVAC work for your needs. Thanks Michael!

Ductless Mini-split A/C - Install or Replace
He said he can fix it instead of replacing it. He ran his test, added Freon, and charged $820. It worked for a day and then was not working properly after that. I then had to get a new system and hire someone else to replace it.

"This review is not accurate. You called to request removal of a mini-split recently installed by another company and asked for a price to install a new one because it wasn?t working and the company wouldn?t return your calls. The unit had no refrigerant and there was blue dye in the lines from a service call you made to another company (not the original) who tried to fix it and didn?t. We did a leak test, traced the lines in your wall, found the leak, & informed you of everything. You told us to fix the leak and add refrigerant and said you?d get the original company to reimburse you. We charged you a discounted rate for the leak test, refrigerant, and service because that?s who we are, and we felt bad for what you were dealing with, the cost should have been over $1,200. You called 2 days later & we offered to return your unit to Lowe?s and install a new one, you told us you talked to the original company and they were going to make it right. Sorry you had to deal with all of this, hopefully the original company took care of you and it?s working correctly now, sorry you felt the need to come to our page and vent your frustration, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and tried to help you as best as we could."

I was looking for a company to replace a 27 yr old HVVAC system that was acquired with the purchase of our new home. I took the time to evaluate and entertain 5 companies with their associated estimates including Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. In my research I found that Deans HVAC had received 5 star reviews from every client for whom they had serviced. After speaking with Mike the owner I was very impressed as he listened to what I was looking for and shared exemplary knowledge on what my HVAC project needed. Mike took time to answer all of my questions in addition to providing the best and most fair estimate in comparison to the other companies I had spoken with. Mike was very thorough and took care to make sure everything was installed with precision and a personal attention to detail. Even though our project had its own unique challenges, Mike and his assistant worked with efficiency and finished in a timely manner. Working with Deans Heating and Air Conditioning was an awesome and rewarding decision as we are very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system. I would highly recommend Deans HVAC to everyone looking for a knowledgeable, fair priced , caring, and professional company to address their HVAC needs ranging from general services to full HVAC replacement projects. Water Heater - Install or Replace - For Business
Not only did Mike install a new heating and air conditioning and tankless water heater, but we recently had our master bath renovated from ceiling to floor including a beautiful shower and all the fixtures and recessed lighting. Mike is not only a master at installing air conditioning and heating but he is very talented at remodeling a home. We were very pleased with our new bathroom and how conscientious he is about his work. If you are thinking about revamping any area of your home I highly recommend Mike Dean to do the job. We are taking a break on doing any more renovations but when the time comes for something new we will be calling on Mike again!!

Michael installed a new AC and Gas Heater in my home this summer and it's working great. He is very professional, knows his stuff, works hard and clearly takes pride in his work. Also, hes a good guy. I lost a baby chicken under a staircase and he was willing to take it apart to retrieve the chick. Luckily the chick popped out and Michael grabbed the little bird. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. Update - 11/24. Michael promised a visit this fall to check on the heater. As promised, he showed up and did a check on the heating and all was working great.

Mike installed a new heating and ac system to replace my old system. His preferred brand availability and choices were clearly explained. His work was completed quickly and clean up was great. He was able to beat all other quotes for pricing and labor. He took extra time to double check the system. He also balanced out the air distribution inside in order to better cool a traditionally warmer area of the house. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC service.

Michael Dean did a great job at a very fair cost replacing our hot water heater (converted it to gas), and replaced our AC/furnace. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in the right places (older home) so the system would work properly. He also found some problem from a previous contractor. He fixed those at an extremely reasonable cost. He does a great job communicating with you through the process. Michael with the help of Jeremiah, did everything we asked and more. I highly recommend!

We used Mike Deans business after a few futile attempts contacting other companies. Our AC UNIT went out late at night abs I called Mike business very late expecting to leave a voice mail. He picked up and took my call , listened to my problem, and told me he would be out the next day early. He showed up and got to work, and he and his teammate worked together to find the problem. They were relentless to find the issue abs not give up forcing me to pay for a brand new unit. Their work was impressive, and Mike and his team are very caring and personable. Their price he charged was very fair and they were the consulate professionals with a personal touch. I would recommend anybody goi g to Mike Dean for a fair , honest , fair pricing , and excellent customer service. Going to these bigger companies you will pay much more. We canâ t thank his team enough for fixing our AC unit in such a quick fashion they are a top notch business
