I was looking for a company to replace a 27 yr old HVVAC system that was acquired with the purchase of our new home. I took the time to evaluate and entertain 5 companies with their associated estimates including Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. In my research I found that Deans HVAC had received 5 star reviews from every client for whom they had serviced. After speaking with Mike the owner I was very impressed as he listened to what I was looking for and shared exemplary knowledge on what my HVAC project needed. Mike took time to answer all of my questions in addition to providing the best and most fair estimate in comparison to the other companies I had spoken with. Mike was very thorough and took care to make sure everything was installed with precision and a personal attention to detail. Even though our project had its own unique challenges, Mike and his assistant worked with efficiency and finished in a timely manner. Working with Deans Heating and Air Conditioning was an awesome and rewarding decision as we are very pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system. Not only did Mike install a new heating and air conditioning and tankless water heater, but we recently had our master bath renovated from ceiling to floor including a beautiful shower and all the fixtures and recessed lighting. Mike is not only a master at installing air conditioning and heating but he is very talented at remodeling a home. We were very pleased with our new bathroom and how conscientious he is about his work. If you are thinking about revamping any area of your home I highly recommend Mike Dean to do the job. We are taking a break on doing any more renovations but when the time comes for something new we will be calling on Mike again!!

Michael installed a new AC and Gas Heater in my home this summer and it's working great. He is very professional, knows his stuff, works hard and clearly takes pride in his work. Also, hes a good guy. I lost a baby chicken under a staircase and he was willing to take it apart to retrieve the chick. Luckily the chick popped out and Michael grabbed the little bird. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. Update - 11/24. Michael promised a visit this fall to check on the heater. As promised, he showed up and did a check on the heating and all was working great.

Mike installed a new heating and ac system to replace my old system. His preferred brand availability and choices were clearly explained. His work was completed quickly and clean up was great. He was able to beat all other quotes for pricing and labor. He took extra time to double check the system. He also balanced out the air distribution inside in order to better cool a traditionally warmer area of the house. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC service.

Michael Dean did a great job at a very fair cost replacing our hot water heater (converted it to gas), and replaced our AC/furnace. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in the right places (older home) so the system would work properly. He also found some problem from a previous contractor. He fixed those at an extremely reasonable cost. He does a great job communicating with you through the process. Michael with the help of Jeremiah, did everything we asked and more. I highly recommend!

The weather was scorching hot. Mike Dean's crew came out the next and installed a new HVAC. Cool now thanks to Mike, Jim and crew.

We used Mike Deans business after a few futile attempts contacting other companies. Our AC UNIT went out late at night abs I called Mike business very late expecting to leave a voice mail. He picked up and took my call , listened to my problem, and told me he would be out the next day early. He showed up and got to work, and he and his teammate worked together to find the problem. They were relentless to find the issue abs not give up forcing me to pay for a brand new unit. Their work was impressive, and Mike and his team are very caring and personable. Their price he charged was very fair and they were the consulate professionals with a personal touch. I would recommend anybody goi g to Mike Dean for a fair , honest , fair pricing , and excellent customer service. Going to these bigger companies you will pay much more. Knowledgeable installer who gave us a price 20% below other contractors. Cleaned up afterwards. Installed new Trane Heat pump inside and outside with new refrigerant line inside house. Replaced water heater at a much better price.
