"Rich was a true professional from the walk through and estimate to performing the carpet cleaning. He explained the process and is very reasonably priced. He cleaned the carpet of a 3 story townhome. The carpet had not been cleaned for many years. The carpet looks like new after the cleaning. It took approximately 4 hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend Rich for all your carpet needs. He also referred me to a contractor that was able to fix a roll in the carpet prior to cleaning."

A wool rug can take between 8 to 10 hours to fully dry after cleaning, or even longer, depending on humidity, temperature, and air flow. Steam and vinegar are excellent cleaners, but it’s best not to put vinegar in your steam cleaner unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer.
