I had a water leak on a water heater still under warranty - under 4 years - so I called Gladhill who installed the water heater. They came out to replace the water heater and I asked the man when he arrived if all of this is under warranty and he said yes so when to my surprise I received a bill for $500.00 for parts and labor. If the heater was disconnected the correct way they could have used the same parts, but they used all new. As far as I am concerned this is a very underhanded way to treat customers. So I say beware of Gladhill plumbing.

I have been using them for 4-5 years. They're local and I think their prices are very good. They're prompt.

They were called over the weekend and a message was left. The called back at 630am Monday morning and said they were on their way. Normally that early would be terrible but with no running water we needed them early! They showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the well pump that day. The costs were inline with other prices from other plumbers and well companies. This is the second time we've used Gladhill and they've always been punctual and professional.

Technician arrived after calling ahead. Had the parts on the truck to replace my water heater. Brought additional components required to meet recent county requirements. Installed a new 50 gal. water heater, drip pan, and expansion tank in short order.

The bill was not clear in the charges; it was not broken down and it was higher than I'd expected. I checked the price on the faucets, and they were very inexpensive at Lowe's. It was actually over 2,000. I was very upset. They wasn't here that often, and when they were the guys barely knew what they were doing.

They performed a regularly scheduled service on our water treatment system. They arrived as scheduled, performed the service in a professional, courteous manner for a reasonable price.

Both jobs were performed in a timely manner.

They are fantastic. They are dependable. If I have a problem, they will come out that day as soon as they can. They call again to say that they are on their way. They are neat and clean. They clean up after themselves. They are very professional. It is a family run business. I have been quite pleased although their price is kind of on the up a little. In terms of price, this particular time, this specific instance I would say it is more than what it needed to be. My dishwasher was not working and he came in, five minutes later he said, I have a fork stuck. The price was a little outrageous. I did not say anything because he comes, he writes me a bill and I pay when I want to. He is very good. Overall, I would say the price is fair. For a fifteen minutes visit I thought it should have been a lot less.

Excellent experience. They were punctual, got the work done quickly and neatly and their plumbers are very courteous as well. I thought the price very reasonable.

Replaced roof and porch and replaced vanity. Galdhill did all of the plumbing. Great job ! Si Ihad them come back later date, they replaced plumbing from bathroom to kitchen, and outside. All plumbing is new in house. Came back 2 weeks ago and replaced pipes coming out of A?C. I have Gladhill's card on ref. so I call him.

My parents recommended this company to us and I have been happy with their service ever since. They do their job quickly as well as being really responsive through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good experienced plumber.
