Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. Kyle provided a few options as I didn't know exactly what type of stone to go with. The estimate ended up coming in over $1k cheaper than the other companies.
