I am so happy i found this company! I needed two large televisions with components installed. One of them was on brick and not an easy installation. The team was very knowledgeable and professional and when completed the installation was perfect. I would highly recommend this company. In fact I am having them come back to install an outdoor sound and lighting system around my pool!

I needed two outdoor Nest IQ cameras installed and an outdoor waterproof electrical outlet installed for my house for my autonomous lawnmower. An inspection was performed to confirm the job, and then the job was scheduled a few days later. The two man team showed up on time, was very professional/friendly and explained their work when they were finished. I couldn't be pleased by the craftsmanship and courtesy that was performed. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

Bill, the owner, and Brandon, the technician, both provided world-class customer service from start to finish. To begin, Bill stopped by to perform the in-home consultation and provided recommendations on how he could bring my vision to life with indoor/outdoor security cameras. Brandon did an outstanding job with the installation of all of my Google Nest cameras, assisting with camera placement for the best viewing angle, seamlessly fishing the power cables through the walls, and adding a classy touch by installing brush pass-through wall plates. Brandon managed smaller details such as the cable management for the outdoor camera above my garage flawlessly as it was presented in a clean and neat manner. Both Bill and Brandon treated my home as if it were their own and I will definitely seek to work with them again in the future. Candidly, I had another in-home consultation conducted by one of the big box retailers to help with this project prior to looking to Home Advisor, but I was so disappointed with that experience that I'm glad that I was paired up with NexImage Inc. Adam and his team were great. Even when I had some small issues afterwards, he completed the follow through. Great customer service.

I sent an email this morning and within 15 mins I had a response via email as well as a text. I simply explained this issue I was having to Paul, who then discussed with the Tech Brandon. In turn Brandon said he could fix and even offered to come out same day. I then received a written quote with all pertinent information on how I would be charged and the costs. I agreed and within 1 hour, Brandon was here. My issue was quickly resolved, Brandon also took the time to show me what he had to do and did so in a manner I could understand and hopefully remember. I highly recommend NEXimage, Inc. for any issues with home electronics, especially surround sound systems. I cannot thank Paul and Brandon enough, I even got a discount at checkout. This whole process made my day. Thanks again guys- can't wait to watch a game with surround.

Outstanding in every way

They came out to do a free estimate. Once we accepted, they put on the schedule in about a week. They showed up on time, did the work well, explained the equipment, and made sure our old equipment still worked with the "new" network. After they left, we found a few items we hadn't checked that didn't work, so we called. A guy came out a few days later at the appointed time and fixed the issues as part of the original install. Great stuff, we'll be using them from now on for anything we need in the tech area.

I have been looking for someone to work on and upgrade, when necessary, my home theater system. he did not try to sell me but answered my questions and explained alternatives and possible improvements.
