The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door. "The salesman was late. The person taking measurements missed a window rushing before his vacation. Which in turn delayed our project 2 weeks. The installers damaged our new porch and installed 5 defective windows. We have had 0 updates on how our windows and home will he repaired but we have received numerous. Text, emails, and posted mail begging for 5 stars including a gift card as a thanks. It has now been over 5 months and we still have windows that need to be replaced and Window Nation has fraudulently told the finance department the job is complete so we now need to pay for a job that is not completed. Avoid this company if possible."
