All the crew members Ben Mott (was very knowledgeable, did the home energy audit, followed up with competitive quotes, which was adjusted to accommodate my request, offered BGE rebates upfront, patient and friendly to attend my calls and answer all the questions), Zam (Crew leader who did the exhaust fan installation), Tun (Crew leader who did an outstanding job to insulate the attic and basement), David (Crew leader who did duct cleaning and Aeroseal) were phenomenal and did an outstanding job. The end result is a day and night difference before and after the work and my BGE bill last month went down by more than $100 which is a huge cost saver. The HVAC does not run that much these days and the temperature is pretty even across the 30-year townhouse. I highly recommend Atlas home energy solutions for home energy audit and improvements."

"Had them come out to inspect my roof on Wednesday, and they fit us in by Thursday. Jordan Synoground's crew showed up exactly on time, they prepped my yard/general work area with tarps, and were done replacing my roof by 2pm. Efficient, clean, and solid work. "Abar Home Improvements was supposed to put in a salt water pool with an above ground deck around it. The agreed upon pool was shown to us from Gallaghers pools brochures. What was installed was a completely different pool with a different manufacturer, purchased from amazon. I didnt know that yet, I was asking Brian to give me warranty and pool name/manufacturer. To no avail. After lots of round around and no answers from Brian, I finally found it myself digging through left overs left from pool install. I confirmed with manufacturer it's their pool and was told in writing its not for salt and warranty will be void if salt is used. That's when I stopped the work Brian was hired to do. Till this day, we have no warranty (as manufacturer will not provide it since I have no purchase of proof) and no receipt or install work. He never gave me anything inspite of saying he would. The pool was supposed to come with a kit which we never got. Nothing else was delivered for a salt water installation like he claimed we were supposed to. All I got was excuses and promises it would be delivered after the install. We had other problems with this contractor. Issues with communications, phone not working and not returning calls. Not showing up the house when he would while we are waiting etc. Not paying the subs and we had to pay the water delivered. Just very unprofessional. Even having the clean up and backwash fill done by my husband because no one was here to finish the job for almost 3 days after install. He agreed he messed up, and agreed to a refund and gave us 1/3 money back the same day. With promose of rest later but never did. We offered for him to take the pool back for many weeks now (which initially said he would). I have never worked with a more unprofessional contractor. Please save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else."
