"I very much recommend this contractor! Answers fast, gives extremely fair prices, gives fast appointments AND the show up on time! They are very polite and nice. They also clean up the station after they’re done! I find them reliable, quality work and fairly priced. They also work as long as they need to. For our house they: Fixed the window frames outside because the mortar was broken or eroded and when it stormed outside, it rained inside our house. They changed rotten wood, painted it, cemented places in the brick wall that needed it, put mortar/caulk and sealed 4 windows from the outside. The other project was putting bifold closet doors which included cutting them to size, installing the hardware, and painting them. This was the first time I’ve had to hire someone to fix things around the house that I couldn’t, and I was really nervous. I’m grateful I found Chapin Handyman LLC through Angie’s list! Oh! "Walter was great. He and his helper arrived on-time and spent the whole first day busy. The second day he brought a different helper. They were very neat and cleaned up and covered the floor areas and our bed. They put in a barn door and had to install a header with drywall. They moved one light and put in 5 new lights.They also fixed one bathroom faucet that the cold and hot water lines had been switched. I would definitely recommend him to friends"
