"I contacted Brothers Pavers for an estimate to upgrade my patio. Jose came out and did some measurements, asked a few questions and I received a written quote within 24/48 hours. The quote was a little more than I was looking to spend, so Jose came back out a few days later to discuss the project and I adjusted the scope of work to reduce costs. Let me just say, the process from beginning to end has been nothing but pleasant. I was informed every step of the way. David let me know when the materials were ordered and placed me on the schedule when my materials came in early, Jose and his crew were able to start the job earlier than anticipated. These guys were fast and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looks like a work of art. Seriously... my new patio is absolutely gorgeous. The team of Jose went above and beyond and even did extra things like burying my drain downspout and curving the edges of the patio border so the new patio flowed with my existing pergola. Very nice work setting pavers, setting trim pavers on edges, trimming pavers to fit where driveway wasn't square, and applying polymeric sand to seal joints."

Unlike his competitors he came prepared with material samples along with pictures of previous projects. It was clear Carlos had a background in structural engineering as he was able to answer all my questions pertaining to anything structural. I received my proposal the same day of my appointment which others took weeks. It included firm pricing for permits which others only provided a range of cost. The job was well managed with keeping their workers on task and managing material deliverers along with keeping me up to date on job statis. "Mauricio and Crisjan were the initial sales reps who came to examine the issue and they took the time to test drainage that might have potentially been creating the water issue. They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."
