"I must admit, I had Unicorp replace all of the windows in our home with new vinyl energy efficient windows 10 or more years ago. Their installers were excellent. The quality of their windows were excellent. The proof in the pudding is that after 8 years not one of my windows has an air leak. Not one has leaked water. Not one window has had the vinyl or track break. In short, nothing has happened. Now that's a quality window! We also purchased a custom sliding glass door (in the kitchen to the deck) from Unicorp that to this day I believe is the best door in my entire home. That door is opened and closed constantly to let the cats in and out. If you own cats, you will understand how often that door is opened and closed on a daily basis. We have not had a single hiccup ever with that door. And in the winter, I sit right behind the door and no matter how cold or windy it is, I never feel a thing at the kitchen table. Because Unicorp did such a great job in replacing the windows in our home, my wife insisted that we use Unicorp to replace the roof last week. "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it.
